This place is amazing! I didn’t even know there were people out there who would fight for you to get a fair payout from insurance after totaling a car. We had an incredible experience with ACS. From the beginning, each email communication to us and to the adjusters were clear and concise, with thorough follow up along the way. My husband and I felt 100% confident in the entire process and would recommend anyone to use ACS if they find themselves in a scenario where insurance, even their own company, isn't doing right by them.

Loved working with them. They were fair. Insurance company tried to drag it out and they were very dilligent in getting it resolved. I did have to call a few extra times and give some nudges but all worked out in the end and they were able to get me more than I thought originally for my vehicle after the appraisal was contested and the new neutral third party redid the appraisal.
