I did not buy a car through Autopia. Autopia approached our not-for-profit association to promote their services to our membership.

We dealt with the founders and senior management of Autopia. While the promises and activity were great for about one month, communication and sharing of info. ceased after that. We chased them for almost a year with no results.

I cannot say anything good about this organization or the people who run it. They are just passing along information that you can find elsewhere (TrueCar, etc.). No need to use Autopia and fund the bankrolls of people who are not forthcoming.

My account was shifted to them when my previous leasing company sold out. I then move companies and they closed down my account without notifying me. It has taken over 2 months to try and get my credit back of $1500. When they finally transferred the money they short changed me $337 and claim they gave me the right amount despite giving me a balance spreadsheet which proved they had short changed me.

The communication is terrible often ignoring multiple emails and being very slow to respond. If you are looking for a company to cover your leasing. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Having the run point on negotiations allowed us a stress-free, and haggle free buying experience. We saved a lot of money, and avoided a ton of hassle with Autopia. This is how I will buy my next car.

Autopia was Great!! Sam was able to find a great car at the lowest possible price. Sam worked with me, asking which exact color and trim I wanted. He even sent me different pictures so I could compare. He did all the research finding the best deal for a lease in the bay area. He made everything simple and easy and got the car I wanted within a day. Great customer service!! I looked through the catalog on Autopia, and found the car I wanted. I sent all the necessary paperwork, drivers license, and proof of insurance through my phone via text and email. Super easy!! After approval of the car lease, I made my way to the dealership. And upon arrival, all the paperwork was ready and the car was already set to go. All I had to do was sign the prepared paperwork. I was out within 20 minutes driving my brand new car!! Before all this, I did go into a dealer just to compare prices, and with Autopia, I am saving around $65/month on my lease. Thanks to Sam, who worked with me every step of the way. Very pleased with this service! Will definitely refer my friends and family. And for sure will use again in the future.

Sam was excellent help. If I knew about this service before it would have saved me weeks of time visiting dealerships. I got the best price for my Audi A4 and I know this because I spent tons of time researching on edmunds, lease hacker to find the best deals.

Worked with Rod on getting a new Jeep and he was awesome. He’s straight forward and trustworthy. He’s very transparent and will get you the best deal possible for the exact car you want. I was pretty particular on color and options and he made sure I got the exact Jeep I wanted. I got quotes on my own as well and Rod still beat those quote by a wide margin. He was great to work with and very responsive to my millions of questions. Save yourself some time and grief and contact Rod when getting your next car.

Rod was straightforward, direct, and responsive. The easiest experience I've had in leasing hands down. It's actually hard to imagine I would go into a dealership again with service like this.

These guys are legit. I spent weeks looking for ways to get a great lease and a simple post they provided on leasehackr lead to a great deal with a local dealership. Had no trouble at all having the terms mentioned by the autopia post honored for the lease. Thanks Autopia for a hot tip on what worked out to be a perfect car for our family.

I had a great experience leasing my latest Honda Accord through Autopia! Sam immediately contacted me after my inquiry and went to work to find me the best deal on my vehicle. He actually got me a great deal on trim level that I hadn't even considered until he brought it my attention. He even kept in contact with me through the entire contract signing and final delivery of the vehicle! I would definitely recommend Utopia if you are looking to lease a new vehicle!

I was shown the deal before submitting any sensitive information and it looked like a solid one. However, I was still skeptical and decided to call for more information before making the important steps, inquiring about what is included and what isn't. Everything was given to me clear and concise and they promised delivery of the car by the end of the same day, Sunday. Payment was made at home with the car out front, quick and easy, I couldn't be happier to have gone through this site.
