I'm from the UAE and didn't purchase a car using their service, but I was able to find information on the website about the car I want to buy in my country. I was disappointed to see it in such condition, but on the other hand, I'm glad that the seller in Dubai wasn't able to deceive me by selling a damaged car as if it were in perfect condition. The support team responds quickly to questions, and overall the communication is pleasant.
