La qualité des ustensiles est très médiocre et ne s'adapte pas du tout à mon véhicule.

Terrible company. The item was useless and not fit for purpose. But they won’t respond to my complaint or send me a refund, despite video evidence. They want me to pay an extortionate amount to return it!

It is with sadness I write this review as a Buisness owner myself I would never leave a bad review without exploring all resolutions to a issue unfortunately that’s where I have ended up 🥲 I purchased some red and black Audi sill stickers and once arrived they where just grey with no colour ! I emailed to outline this and autovia replied they were out of stock which I replied I did not order grey I ordered red which they didn’t seem to understand my issue . I would not order a cup of tea and expect coffee to be acceptable sadly so the told me not in stock I advised they are still advertising red on there website so this is false advertising they didn’t agree there returns policy is long winded and at my cost which I guess is normal but the fact they are advertising one colour and sending another I believe is dishonest I offered to return at there cost but they did not agree so I decided to keep them instead of sending back a wrong item at my cost very very poor I would not advise buying from this company and will be a walking advertisement to advise as many people do not fall for the fancy website and glossy pictures as what you order in good faith you will not recieve !!

I bought two things to go between the seat and the centre console with a Peugeot emblem. When they finally arrived over a month later, after several emails, they no where near fitted. The bit that goes over the seatbelt socket was in the wrong place and too thick and the rest was far too thin and rested at a 45 degree angle downwards towards the footwell, making it (on this point alone) unfit for purpose. The returns policy includes phrases like 'must not have been tested or used' and 'must be in original, undamaged packaging' . To return the item you must send it by tracked international parcel, at your expense, with a "certified tracking company" . They require stamped proof of the courier recieving the parcel, and the list goes on. Don't be fooled by what looks like a really solid company. This company is about making profits by selling sub standard products in my opinion. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I purchased 4 GapBloc pros (specific to car manufacturers) in late October, having seen a FB advertisement. They were for Christmas presents but I decided to try one out on my Fiat 500e. It did not fit and rendered the seat belt unusable. I had a string of correspondence related to returning for money back and found that they require returns to Switzerland and did not give full details (Swiss telephone number) needed for return. I have since had some unpleasant emails. I am sure that this product does work well for some vehicles but the claims and "100% satisfaction or your money back" is not true if you have to pay t o send to Switzerland.

Ordered some accessories which don't fit. Have emailed 5 times with no reply. Don't recommend this company at all.

The protectors arrived 9 days after ordering but they were folded over tightly in the packaging which resulted in them having ridges where they had been folded. I won't be fitting them today but will try to flatten them out first. On the plus side they are good quality and look like they would protect well once fitted.

I order some door scuff trims for my car. They are awful. Really cheap quality and do not stick to the door trim. They are not even sticky to touch and just peel straight back off again.
Cheap rubbish from china and don't waste your money
