Sulaiman is an ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR!!.
My experience at Auto West London was exceptional from start to finish, beginning with a seamless test drive of the OMODA 5 Noble. The entire process felt incredibly smooth, largely thanks to the representative, Sulaiman. He was impressively knowledgeable about the vehicle and maintained an easy-going, professional demeanor throughout. What stood out most was his lack of pressure; he never once made me feel forced into a decision, which made the environment feel relaxed and trustworthy.
​During our discussions, Sulaiman took the time to explain the nuances of "needs vs. wants" regarding the various features and upgrades. He explained every option in such depth that I actually ended up choosing most of the extra add-ons. It was a refreshing change to feel like I was making an informed choice based on clear information rather than being pushed into a sale.
​The high level of service continued well after the initial visit. Communication in the interim was easy and consistent, ensuring I was never left wondering about the status of my purchase. The final handover was just as professional and well-organized as the rest of the experience. I truly appreciate the transparent and attentive service provided by Sulaiman and the team, and I couldn't be happier with my new OMODA.

We had gone to buy one of used cars and it was lovely to not have the hard sell forced on us and indeed all staff were very pleasant and helpful. I informed my engine light came on 2 week after picking up my car. I reported this on 18th October was told it’s been put through to after sales team to call me. It’s 07 November and no contact made.
