Scam.

They will advertise they are in Europe and supply a great product, but the KVM didn't work as it should (it was terrible quality and function) and the European address seems to be a front. I eventually contacted someone called "Kevin" who was based in Hong Kong, with very poor English and a strong Chinese accent.

They use every trick in the book to prevent returns. I found them almost impossible to contact and when I did, they said I needed to send an email to request a 'return form'. I sent the email and got the return form, but the return address wasn't on it. I had to spend ages contacting them again and finally got the return address.

I sent the product but they kept saying they never received it. Eventually the told me they're 'policy' is not to refund after 6 months.

Bunch of scammers.

Expensive product that doesn’t do most of what is advertised. Support reply is, oh sorry, we know these key features are not compatible. Meanwhile all advertising for the product says, we support apple. Even the stuff that’s “supported” like vrr doesn’t work.

If you do get a kvm from them (I wouldn’t) make sure you’re ready to return it immediately if it’s not working, I’ve wasted an awful lot on a terrible product that was supposed to be top tier.

To the company. You know what you’re doing, now stop lying / obfuscating your products many flaws, incompatibilities and selling things that aren’t fit for purpose hoping people will just live with it. So shady.

Amazing product i would recommend it! everything was working and the shipping was fast.

I ordered the wrong device for my needs, assuming a quick Google search would make a complicated purchase easy. When I tested the product and reached out to them for more assistance, I was informed the device would not meet my needs. Owen not only offered to help me find alternative solutions with my set up, when it was clear I could not benefit at all - he passed me along to Locky to process my return. Locky has been attentive to my circumstances and timeline - extremely helpful and persistent. Really great response when I thought I had made a huge mistake. Thanks guys!

I ordered a usb over ethernet extender and they had no mention of not having the product and told me that I had to wait a month for them to get it. Then they lied about sending it with dhl express and just sent it with standard post and didn't even update the status until I went and asked what's taking so long. Customer service didn't know proper english. They only compensated me after threating them with contacting european consumer protection. Also they failed to give my proper address. Would never order from this low life company again and neither should you.

Ich bin mit dem Teil sehr zufrieden
Das einzige Problem das ich mit dem Teil hatte war, das bei meinen beiden Laptops der neue Monitor nicht mit der vollen Auflösung von Windows 11 angesprochen wurde.
Aber nach dem ich den einmal direkt mit HDMI bei den Laptops angeschlossen hatte, funktionierte das dann auch über den KVM

I received a non working product and they are not printing me a label to return the product back. I really recommend trying a different brand.

AV Access changed the terms of sale after taking my money.
I bought an expensive product advertised with free shipping and paid the import duty to AV Access at checkout. After payment, they contacted me to say shipping was “more expensive than expected” and that although they would still send the item, they would no longer cover the import duty.
I then had to pay the import charges again when the item entered the UK.
This is not a shipping issue – it’s a contractual one. You cannot advertise one price, take payment, and then change the deal afterwards.
Completely unprofessional. I would not trust this company again.

Jeg købte en iDock C20 (kombineret dock og KVM switch) til min hjemmearbejdsplads. Arbejdsgiver stiller ikke de nyeste maskiner til rådighed, så opsætningen virkede desværre ikke. Jeg skrev til support og fik hurtigt svar fra Kevin. Han kom med to løsningsforslag samt links til Amazon med de produkter jeg kunne overveje. Jeg er nu endt med et setup der bare fungerer, som samtidig er fremtidssikret til evt. nye laptops. Super fed service og lækkert produkt der bare virker og ser godt ud :-)
