Smears Gallore!
I purchased the glass cleaner and reed diffuser in the same scent. Smells amazing, but the glass cleaner creates smears which are VERY difficult to polish out. Took me over 30 mins to clean 1 large mirror on my wardrobe door and yet, there are still smears. Will be using this as a general cleaner going forward as its like a cardio workout trying to get this product off glass. Much cheaper and more effective glass cleaning products on the market which are also non toxic.

They don’t care about keeping good customers
A little disappointed tbh. I’ve bought 3 starter kits one for myself, one for my mum and one for my sister. I’ve ordeeed two sets of refills and I’ve ordered numerous wax melts. I loved this company so much however after ordering my 2nd lot of refills I accidentally
Smashed one of my bottles. I called and spoke to Liz who tried to help but unfortunately they wasn’t willing to send me a new green bottle as a gesture of goodwill, I was willing to pay the shipping. Thank you Liz for trying I do appreciate it but I won’t be shopping with them anymore.
Thanks for ur reply but what u offered was for me to buy a new bottle at the same price with no refill. So for me it wasn’t much of a gesture of goodwill, I am being very honest in my review. I loved your company but my family and I will find another company that value their good customer. I don’t want to spend money with people that don’t value my custom. All for £10

We did offer the starter kit at the reduced price of £10, but we appreciate that this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for.
