Zainab Fathima did a great job with the recruitment process. She kept me on track to submit everything in a timely manner, and she made herself easily available during the process.

I have never interacted with Avance in any shape or form, but started receiving emails about positions that have nothing to do with my career.

Upon trying to unsubscribe from these emails, I'm brought to a third party site that requires another email input to generate a 'one time password', that shocker, does nothing.

This is almost assuredly a data mining/selling farce.

I'm not sure what part of the process Avance is involved with but the onboarding process was a frustrating experience. I feel lucky the employer didn't give up on my hiring. My onboarding process was long, and communication was poor.

I have not received my last working payment. I maintained clear communication with them about my choice to leave the company, and difficulties that I was facing in my personal life leading up to the posting of my review. I am owed money that has not been paid yet-and in 2025 withholding money is egregious behavior.

Updated- I have received the money that was owed. Other than this mishap, it was a pleasure working with Avance!

I enjoyed working with Morris William and Rahul Reddy. They were both very responsive and checked in frequently to ensure the onboarding process went smoothly.
