Terrible online payment system. Won’t even give you a bank account number for quick transfers to then charge you hefty penalties. Avoid at all costs.

I took the loan from Avanse financial services. And my repayment is coming soon. I was trying to reach out to some but it’s waste of time and energy. And they are charging too much extra for the amount I got disbursed and used. I would not recommend to anybody.

Easy and simple process with in 2 hrs loan got processed

The experience with Avanse Financial Services has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

EMI payments are not updated on time in their system, even when payments are made before the due date. Due to this delay, unnecessary overdue messages are sent, creating confusion and stress. Despite the issue being from their end, bounce charges are still applied unfairly.

Customer support is also very poor. Proper guidance is not provided, and concerns are not handled effectively. During the loan process, multiple promises are made, but they are not fulfilled later.

Overall, the service lacks transparency, accountability, and basic customer care. This kind of experience is highly unprofessional and not expected from a financial institution.
