This place was very cute and quant. It wasn’t in the best part of town but we didn’t have any issues. Only issue that caught us off guard is there is a connected casita in the back of the home that they rent out as well and we heard people talking. It didn’t feel private. Other than that everything else was great! The house is super cute and was super clean.

Our group of 11 had an amazing time! There was plenty of space for all of us to hang out and have downtime away from the group too. The home was clean, we loved the patio and all the outdoor amenities (pool, hot tub, game room, patio set, fire pits, etc) we took full advantage of all of it! It was so nice to have beach equipment to use too! The location is perfect, only 3 short blocks to the stunning beach! And the staff was very responsive to our questions and any needs throughout our stay.

This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had—truly above a 10. The team was incredibly responsive, attentive to detail, and took immediate action on anything we needed without hesitation. At no point did I feel uncomfortable reaching out; in fact, they made communication effortless. Their response time was outstanding—often within five minutes or less—even during a busy holiday weekend.

What really stood out was their commitment to resolving issues quickly and seamlessly. When the microwave stopped working, they replaced it with a brand-new one in under an hour—no questions asked. That level of care and urgency is rare.

The property itself was immaculate and fully stocked with every essential you could imagine. Honestly, the listing didn’t do it justice—it exceeded expectations in every way and made the entire stay completely worry-free.

Another unique aspect was the sense of community. You can tell that both management and guests take pride in the space. There’s a “pay it forward” mindset where people are thoughtful, respectful, and considerate of future guests. That kind of culture doesn’t happen by accident—it's a direct reflection of excellent management and ownership.

Highly recommend—this is how hospitality should be done.

The team was great and very attentive- there was an issue with the Keurig and they had a new one at our front doorstep within an hour!

House was gorgeous and well taken care of. Beds were super comfortable. Management company has obviously put a lot of care in this home. Views are the best we’ve seen. The only thing we would have liked is to have heating on the basement floor- a space heater would have been great.

I booked a family vacation for spring break at this house. We were extremely excited to go.
Unfortunately, we experienced a terrible tragedy and our family pet was run over in our driveway. She required emergency surgery and constant care afterwards. I reached out as soon as I could to let them know. All I got was a callous, corporate response that they couldn't accommodate my request to postpone the trip. I didn't want a refund, just a credit so we could come once things settled.

This owner only cares about making money and has no compassion. I understand there are policies in place - I run multiple businesses with policies too. However, I understand that tragedies occur and we have to have humanity and compassion.

There are many other rentals available in Cayucos. I recommend you spend your money there and not give your money to these insensitive corporate raiders who only care about how much money they can make from you.

We stayed at 16 20th for a week AvantStay staff was extremely prompt and responsive. Location was perfect and easy access to beach, restaurants, and shops. Rented home had everything we needed and very stable wifi. Would highly recommend.

The house was fantastic! Great views, great outdoor space and wonderful inside spaces as well. It was incredibly well stocked and thought out it had everything including baby gates. Our kids loved the outdoor spaces and spent hours playing in the yard. Private quiet location but only minutes from downtown Asheville.

We absolutely loved this home! It’s beautiful, clean, and very cozy. Everything felt perfect and well organized.
The only small issue was the strong chlorine smell in the pool, which made our eyes sting a bit.
But overall, it was a great experience — such a lovely place!

The house was exactly as shown and in a great location with access to many different areas easily. Communication was also great. A simple text message with any type of question and response time was quick. Would rent from AvantStay again.

From the time we arrived until the time we left we felt so comfortable with the stay. Booking, checking inn and check out all a breeze.

The unit is beautifully updated, tastefully decorated, and very well maintained. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We’ve been coming to Wild Dunes for eight years straight, but this was our first time staying in 303D at Port O’ Call—and it exceeded expectations. We would highly recommend it!

AvantStay also made the entire process seamless, from booking to check-in instructions, and they were responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, a great experience and very easy to work with.

We had a wonderful stay in Bend. The location is perfect. It was very clean. We loved the hot tub, coffee and wine across the street. Beautiful walking path very close. We will be back!

I enjoy when companies handle vacation homes because they offer a level of customer service and professionalism that you can't easily find in vacation homes owned by individuals. AvantStay sent me reminders and clear instructions for check-in and check out. They also responded quickly to any questions I had before and during our stay. Vacations are stressful but AvantStay helped reduce that stress tremendously. We will book again! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed.

We chose this townhome based on the reviews and the location. It was just as pictured and was so comfortable and clean. We loved it!! The location is fabulous. We walked to the harbor, beach, stores and restaurants. Loved the exercise and didn’t even rent a golf cart as we’d planned. KC’s Oyster Bar Restaurant and Busted Bicycle Bar were only a block away. I asked for more towels and immediately they were delivered. I asked for another outside grill as it was quite rusty and within a day a new gas grill was delivered. We would stay here again!!

Our original booking had an issue and we were immediately notified of this and given the option to an UPGRADED rental. The house was lovely, the sitting furniture was not as comfortable for elderly person, with the exception of the outdoor furniture. The mattresses were wonderful. The kitchen had every gadget imaginable. The pool was available, but it was too cold. The views were lovely, The inside of the kayaks needed cleaning. There was 8 in our group and we had lots of room and enjoyed the games. Bring your fishing gear, this rental is in a great spot.
