Do not risk purchasing from this site. Nothing will arrive and the tracking will not be able to be found via DHL. Absolute scam

Ordered a PunkJuice S21 Ultra Battery Case from their site on the 5th of December & appeared to get a DHL tracking link. However after a fortnight there was no change in the tracking status. I sent emails to 2 separate addresses they had & received no response. Initiated a case through Paypal which was quick to rule in my favour & got a refund for the whole cost.

I ordered a case over a month ago and was able to track using the tracking number provided for about 2 weeks. Now when I try to track my parcel I get a msg that says l, unfortunately no results found. I have sent numerous msgs and received no response. I only order from them as I believed they were based in Australia which is a lie. Ripped off.

Never received my case and when I emailed customer support I got generated emails that circled around the issue

Absolute waste of time, portray as a UK company when it is Clearly a US company. Takes your money and case never turns up. Avoid at all costs

Do not use! Sent me a defective case. After emailing they eventually sent me another defective case (which had obviously been previously opened and was probably a return). They took over 30 days to do this, so are now saying I have to ship it to New York at my own expense to receive a store credit. Please don’t buy from these people

8 weeks for item to arrive only to be the wrong item!!! 6 attempts to contact them with no response. Now lodged dispute with my bank for refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!!

Report them for fraud via googling "shopify report merchant". This company is a scam.

Will not refund the express shipping I paid for but sent via e-commerce and now they're saying it's a shipping error and I shouldn't of got a status update. First they claimed my order didn't exist, then that it was on back order. This is a complete Scamander not a. Australian company. They should not have an Australian url.

Bought Punkcase for Samsung 24+. This case worked for a few hours then the on/off switch became intermittent. Had difficulties turning case battery on. Would charge battery overnight, but it appears battery would not charge beyond the 1st LED on the charge indicator. Put phone back in case only to watch battery discharge in minutes. Tried to return battery case + get refund, but customer service would only offer case replacement. So I will eat the $60 and blog about what a bad value this case is on various review sites like Trust Pilot. Don't buy this case. Once Avatarcase (Punkcase) has your $$$, you won't get it back.

Purchased through an Australian online store (Avatarcase.com.au) but the item was shipped from the US by Punkcase. I Was sent a white coloured case when I had ordered black. Complained and was told to keep it with a 20% refund or post it back to the US to exchange at my own cost with no reimbursement. Not good enough!! Terrible customer service from Punkcase.com and from Avatarcase.com.au for just passing the buck on to them instead of acting themselves....

Don't bother risking it, purchase elsewhere is my advice

This Company is a scam. There battery case do not function as advertised. They said I could return for refund. But after I returned it they have not given me refund and continue to ly about it.

Very poor, I received a wrong item and they want me to send it back... Then what? Get nothing at all.... I'm so disappointed. Very bad business, SCAMMERS!!!

AVOID this company do not give you a refund do not send you the item. Scam company AVOID.

Item didn't arrive despite carriers claim.
I went over my security camera and no one delivered on date and time claimed.
I sent screen shots and their response was ship replacement or refund.
I bought same type of case from ebay and told them refund.
Instead they claimed shipped another unordered item.
I was told to refuse Item, I won't be home like last time

Looks like a great case if you actually receive it. Tracking the package disappeared in Germany. Contacted DHL who said contact purchase company. They do not reply to emails . Glad I used PayPal and am getting a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Thought I was buying from a UK company but turned out Company is in New York. This isn't mentioned prior to purchase and I only knew when I received a DHL tracking number. Standard postage was in £.

When I asked for update of tracking after a week of no movement, tthey said it appeared to be lost in transit and offered me a complete refund or to reship and I asked for refund. They then offered me a discount twice for them to reship which I declined.

The next email I received said my case had been on pre-order (something never mentioned at any point) and now it had been shipped. I challenged this and got an automated response saying goods in transit couldn't be refunded. My response to that email just received the same automated reply. They are part of PUNKCASE, so avoid them too

Complete sham company, passes it self off as a uk company but is actually from New York. Case took eleven days to come when it arrived it was the wrong case for the wrong phone. When I contacted them about it I just kept getting a message back about how long international shipping takes! And they have zero returns policy. Complete fraud!

After purchasing online it shows it is a UK seller. After transaction has gone through it now states it takes 2-6 weeks for delivery coming from United States first issue.
When contacting them they ask for a six digit number, there isn’t any. So can’t track your item even, my suspicions arose second issue.
They kept on replying with the same response after me contacting them endlessly. Even the emails that they sent were unprofessional so knew by then it was a cowboy outfit.
Please don’t buy from here guys. It’s a total scam!!
