It is well documented that the company has had difficulties. But new information has now been made, the company is on a pause which basically means is not making, selling or delivering watches where customers have already paid in full or a hefty deposit.
They promised better communication but that has not occurred. They provided an information email for those awaiting orders and that no longer works.
They even created a new site for customers that is not functioning.
What is most troublesome is that during this pause, they still were trying to sell watches despite not being able to deliver already purchased items.

Paid two payments totalling nearly $25k, no refund, no watch and two years of being completely messed about and lied to. Now the company email addresses no longer work. If you're affected check youtube, and join the class action lawsuit

DONT PAY AVENTI ANY DEPOSIT !!! It's been over year and half that I have paid 65 percent of skull watch and nothing been delivered . They ghosted now not replying to my emails also.

You guys say you are in reorganizing mode and it might be a matter of weeks. I have not received any form of communication informing me of that. No emails, phone calls or anything. The only response was here once I left a review.

I gave it three stars based on the fact that back in 2021 I purchased one of their original models and experienced very little delays. At that time, communication was stellar. However, being a part of a Facebook group and social medias and being in contact with people who have been shortchanged tend to thousands of dollars for years without any product but empty promises is disheartening for anyone to hear. I firsthand have witnessed people who are short changed 20 or $30,000 and have been waiting years for watches. When the shit hit the fan H who is the owner of the company went silent for months letting the reputation of the company sync further and further. One a statement was prepared it was only sent to those members who were shortchange done, watches or money, and while representatives have claimed that allocations have all been paused their company website does not reflect this nor is there any statement of any kind from the owner on their website. Well, I love what the brand stood for it one time the direction it has gone and the way in which it was done, deserves nothing more than mediocre ratings at best.

DONT buy AVENTI watch, i bought and paid full $13,000 for GHOST back in July 2023 after speaking to Ryan...it's 2 years and counting no messages or responses from anyone include the man himself Hannu..i am done with the watch 2 years is too long just pay my money back...

I have been waiting for a year and a half for a Wraith, put a $15,000.00 deposit down and was told I would have the watch July of 2024, it's now July 2025 and communication has completely stopped with company. I asked for a refund March of 2025 and was told I would have within 60 days and nothing. They won't return calls or emails. Horrible customer service and absolutely no transparency of what's going on. A warning for anyone thinking of doing business with this company, DONT.

Been weeks and weeks ontop of months with their bullshit we will reach out to you we have a Facebook group nobody has received and they keep saying they will reach out we have email every single person and email you have listed, opening a case to document this with state attorney general & a federal case with the fbi.

It's been over two years since I paid for a watch, and I still haven’t received it—or even a proper reply. Yet the company continues to post on Trustpilot claiming they are "working on all orders." This is misleading at best.

The payments reportedly goes to Hannu Siren, who is prominently featured in many of the company’s promotional materials, including YouTube videos. Despite claiming to be based in Australia, their operations appear to run out of Singapore.

Their business model seems to rely on long delays: they promise to deliver after a year, then continue pushing the date further. When I requested a refund, communication stopped entirely. By the time you realize something is wrong, it's often too late to recover your money through your credit card company due to time limits.

If you're considering sending them money, ask yourself if you’re comfortable with this kind of risk. I strongly urge others to proceed with extreme caution.

Sketchy company, ghosted people after paying. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Aventi PTE Limited has been paid since 2023 for a watch that I am still waiting on. All I have received is excuses and false promises. Do not do any business with them. They are horrible. Fraud. Scam. Thief

Avoid This Company – Appalling Customer Service and No Refund

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with Aventi PTE. Limited. I placed an order nearly two and half years ago, and the product was never delivered. Despite countless emails and follow-ups, I have been met with nothing but delays, excuses, and complete disregard for customer service.

I have repeatedly provided my banking details for a refund, yet Aventi continues to stall and ignore my requests. The lack of transparency and communication is shocking for a company that claims to be “exclusive.” It should not take years to process a refund for a product that was never received.

After exhausting all options, I have now been forced to take legal action, which will add further costs—costs that Aventi will ultimately be held accountable for. This situation has been beyond frustrating, and I would strongly warn others against purchasing from this company.

Aventi’s handling of this matter has been nothing short of appalling, and I hope my review helps others avoid the same ordeal.

Scam company, made an order 2023 April promised to deliver a watch of 24500 usd and paid a deposit of half. Promised delivery of the watch by September 2023 but by now 2025 no news and no replies on refunds or delivery. A lot of comments on their Instagram on their scammy tactic. Just recently contacted them again they choose not to reply and kept saying incharge is away for holiday etc. On their Instagram post alot people had complained on how they took money and refuse to refund.

Update they now locked the Instagram comment post and on fb group aventi watch owners a lot of users is complaining now.

I think there’s something Aventi should know clear now all the clients that has paid has lost interest and trust in this company despite of the delays of watch deliveries promised 3 years and some even longer. Next to the refund promised that was not done too excuses and excuses. This is as good as cheating already not delivering and not refunding. No one is interested on what’s happening on your company look on trust pilot and everywhere else (Instagram you deleted all the comments and locked the comment section so you can collect more money) just pay everyone back the initial money they paid it’s over it’s done no one want to be associated that’s it
