I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. They effectively stole $140 from me. I never received the desktop RAM I ordered. Instead, they shipped a cheap, non‑functional Bluetooth speaker that isn’t worth a fraction of what I paid. When I requested an update, they were unable to provide any information. When I asked for a refund, the representative dismissively replied, “We’ll see about that.”

When I escalated the issue through my credit card company, they attempted to use the tracking number for that worthless speaker as supposed proof of fulfilling the RAM order. I am still disputing the charge nearly two months later, and they have ignored every email I’ve sent.

I wish I had come across reviews like this before ordering. Do not conduct business with this company. Their behavior is deceptive, unprofessional, and entirely unacceptable.

This appears to be a scam company - do not use

This appears to be a scam company. I ordered a specific Lenovo docking station on Sep 18th, 2024 that was supposed to be delivered overnight. That never happened. What did happen is that one month later - yes, 30 days later - I received a box that had a power adapter, USB-C cord, but no docking station. That's more than a small error. What a disappointment to have faith in an Amazon supplier to wait 30 days past when it was supposed to be delivered, only to discover they didn't even send the actual docking station. This company has no business being allowed to sell on Amazon or anywhere else for that matter until they decide to run an actual business that is accountable to customers and massively overhauls their quality assurance processes.

Buyer Beware!

I ordered a $640 Dell monitor from Aventis Systems through Walmart's marketplace, but received a lower-quality $400 HP monitor. It was a gift for my wife, so we didn't discover the problem until she started having problems with the monitor a few months later. We reported the issue as soon as we discovered it, but Aventis Systems couldn't care less since we were outside the return window. Apparently after 30 days, it doesn't matter that they essentially stole the $250 difference between the two monitors and left my wife with a lower quality monitor that can't even be repaired under warranty since we don't have a receipt. If you look at their reviews on various platforms, it appears they do this regularly. Do not buy from this company (and make sure they are not the third party seller on another marketplace) - you will regret it! There are plenty of other reputable sellers to choose from.

Synology DiskStation 218 mini desk top

I purchased a Synology DiskStation DS218+ Mini Desktop NAS Server, Intel Celeron J3355 Dual-Core, 6GB DDR3L Synology SDRAM, 4TB SSD, Synology DSM Software
ASIN: B077PRN4HV from Aventis through Amazon. It did not work, and I returned it. They refused to refund the full amount and deducted a restocking fee. They falsely claimed that a memory stick was not returned. It did not come with a separate memory stick. My efforts to get this resolved through the customer service and Amazon, completely unsuccessful. Very distressing and disappointing that they are such a dishonest company. Also that Amazon did not take any responsibility even though they sold it through Amazon prime.

9/1/23. Please see my latest message on Amazon correspondence with Aventis. I did not say I was satisfied. Just, I am not asking Aventis to refund the balance of $24.99. Aventis is welcome to that if it means so much to them.
My concern is more Aventis' insistence that they sent a memory stick which I did not return. In my message of today to Aventis I reminded them that not only did they ship the wrong item to me, which they acknowledged on 8/31 and consequently refunded $120 of the restocking fee on 8/31/23, but the images they sent of the packing slip to justify what they sent are blurred, show only the warranty and refer to a UPS shipment # that was never received. I reminded them of their own message of 7/28/23 to me with an updated UPS tracking number they sent on 7/28/23. There was no enclosure in that except the wrong unit and no memory stick. I simply want the record corrected. Thank you

Total crooks. Sent me the wrong equipment, then asked me to pay to send it back to them. Then when I opened a paypal dispute they declined to take back the items.

Response: USPS will not take these they are too big and I was only provided with 1 label for two boxes. The UPS labels provided were addressed to myself, so you would have me send the boxes back to myself? Aventis could make this right by just scheduling a UPS pickup on their dime.

Crooks!

Let me start by saying that in my 20 years in the IT industry, I have never given a poor review until now.

I ordered two Dell T340’s from Aventis. I had to pay up front and waited over a month. After approximately a month, I was delivered two T430’s. This is an older Dell that cannot run newer versions of VMware. They were aware of what I was to use this for.

Besides making me wait a month then sending me the wrong servers, neither was in working order. One server had broken SATA connectors and the 2nd one would not boot. It looked to be motherboard issue, but I cannot be sure.

They did not respond to my emails regarding the wrong servers. However, they did, at first, respond to my claims that they were damaged and supplied me with an RMA. I told the girl in the office that these were the wrong servers and that I would like to take the T340’s. Of course, they did not have T340’s. At that point I asked for my money back. She told me someone would contact me within two business days.

From there, all contact with me ended. They would not respond to emails or phone calls. I had to dispute the charges with the credit card company which took an additional 60 days.

Stay clear from these people.

Beware ordering items from this…

Beware ordering items from this company. I have not received my item yet. They charged me $2507 twice, so it is a total of 5k plus. It has been more than 1 month already. And there is no item received and the money is in dispute. You know in the bank right, merchant can get your money, and bank will just put temporary credit in your account, which is not really your money. I am gonna spread this online on all reviews what happened to me until i get my money back. This is making me mad

Dishonesty on Better Business Bureau

I made a complaint to Aventis Systems in Better Business Bureau over a defective laptop (complaint originally made 10/24/2020, exchange continued until May 5/17/21). In the process of communicating with me, they made statements to me that were both false and inconsistent, including that a "replacement is on its way", "the laptop was repaired and shipped back, at this time the unit is fully functional", and "At this time amazon has refunded you in full."

Horrid warranty support!

Hello,
I purchased a used HP ProLiant 360DL Gen8 directly from Aventis with an extended warranty a few years ago. The motherboard went bad and I called support at Aventis and was told I could either send server in for repair or the would send me motherboard to replace myself. At first I was going to have them send me the motherboard but then they wanted to charge me for the entire board until I returned the old one, so I changed my mind and sent the server in end of April 2021. In the middle of May I finally receive the server back however it was shipped back with my correct box and foam inside a bigger box by over 6 inched with NO padding. My smaller box with the 75 pound server slid back and forth and completely damaged the case. So Aventis took the server back and another month goes by and I get the re-repaired server back and the case and mounting ears are still broken! Once again send it back and I don't receive it until mid-July!
To add to not being able to repair correctly, every time I called their support team I was told that they have no information about the status of the repair or when I might receive the unit back. One day I called and was told it was still being repaired but it showed up later that day from FedEx ground, so they didn't even know that it was completed and shipped a week before!
This company DOES NOT have good support! They filled the requirements of what I paid for but taking 3 months to replace a motherboard on a server! I would recommend paying a few bucks extra to get real service.

It seems like since then, your system was reinstalled, and the older key you were provided upon purchase stopped working. When you called our technical service team, they were able to identify that the key program was retired upon reinstallation. We directed you to reach out to Microsoft so they could update your key, which is our typical way of handling these types of scenarios. Since you called in and we needed to lean on Microsoft to update the key, we did not issue you a support ticket as we expected Microsoft to resolve the situation. It appears that they did not and made you purchase another key when they should have been able to update it. We assumed Microsoft issued you an updated key since we didn't hear from you after your initial inquiry. We weren't made aware of what happened until we received this review. Please know we are taking steps internally to figure out what we can do to rectify this situation to ensure your satisfaction. Our technical service team member, Robert, will reach out at the contact info you gave us within 2-3 business days to speak with you regarding a solution.

LowBall Liars and Super bad customer service

This company is looking to lowball and lie to you on any platform that they are trying to sell to you from, especially ebay. They list a super low price and hen when you order it they cancel the order and say it is a bad shipping address and then have a sales rep contact you to hit you at double their low ball price. Their support either wont respond to you or they will tell you you have been refunded we wont give you any more information.

Worst company In North America

Worst company In North America! I ordered a two pack of monitors on new egg.com in mid February. They only sent one monitor. Then they accused me of lying to them. I sent them a total of 12 pictures showing only one monitor was delivered. Newegg finally gave me a refund that was early March it’s now almost April and still no refund. This is a company of thieves. Save your money go elsewhere!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They continue to send me the 'same' wrong HP Monitor, so this appears to be intentional. Their customer service is terrible and has not addressed the issue. As a result, I have to go through the hassle of returning the monitor and ordering a new monitor. I will not be using Aventis Systems again.
