Hopless. 78% bad reviews! That pretty much says it all.
Ordered a phone case. Item not delivered no way to track shipment and no way to contact them. Performance of the simplest business practices is apparently too much for them to handle.
The people who run this comany are either corrupt or incompetant. either way there are too many legit websites out there, do kot waste time with this one.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT do business with this company! They claim that they have a fast easy return policy, When in fact they will not refund payment for items. In fact, I the transaction through paypal, and for some reason PayPal cited with the seller(?)!! I tried to return an item I received. The item was unused and the package unopened. They denied the return and PayPal then denied my claim (not happy with THEM either!). RUN, don't WALK from Avontic! Caveat emptor!

Awful customer service. Tried to return a watch band that did not like. Their website says you can return the bands just click on their return portal. It does not exist. They say you can chat with them, they do not respond. They say you can send them an email and they will respond. They do not. Avoid this company at all costs.

Scam website. No way to make a return and no one responds. Stay away.

Trying to return watch bands and a protective case for an Apple 'Watch Ultra 2 that they claimed was metal but is actually silicone or rubber. Bands will not easily slide into watch grooves and will only go about one-third of the way in before substantial resistance is met.
They state that returns are not a problem and that you can use their chat at the bottom of their web site or email them and they will respond within 24 hours - NOT!
The only chat you will experience is your own and my email response time is at 96 hours and counting.
Avontic should be avoided at all cost; it cost me $199.98.
They do not chat nor do they respond to emails!

Item ordered 7 days ago... coming from that garbage hole of a country, China. Had I known, I would have NEVER bought it.

This company's products are horrible and then when you try and send it back they take half the money that you paid for restocking and then make you pay to ship it back totally ripping you off stay away from this company at all costs. They are a total scam. Steve Mathi

Cheap products advertised as high end. Do not waste your money, you will be insanely disappointed. Their customer service is also nonexistent - any problems with your order (mine was a missing watch case) and your emails go unanswered. Once they have your money, you have their problem and that’s how it stays. I cannot stress it enough: AVOID at all costs.

Avontic changed its name from Pinnacleluxuries. Pinnacleluxuries has a 1.5 star rating over 138 reviews and nothing has changed. They provide overpriced, cheap watch bands that are not worth the money. I had an issue and needed to return an item and customer service was non-existent. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company to get my refund.
Stay away from this junky company with cheap products.

One star is too much. I purchased a watch band for my iWatch. The band arrived within a reasonable time, but there were no instructions on how to make the band the correct size. I could adjust the clasp, but the adjustment was not enough. I emailed to a suggested email address for the company, but got no response. I tried the link to FAQs, but that didn't work. Avoid this company.

The band opens up every time I bend my wrist. I emailed them and they never responded to me. It’s a great looking band. But it doesn’t work it pops open constantly. They won’t even respond to me. Scam! Waste of money! Do not purchase!!!

Screw this scam company 2 months still no he refund terrible company out of china

I ordered a phone case and received a purple sequenced silk shawl. I opened a claim and offered to return the item, but I sure wasn't going to pay return shipping. In the end I walked away and lost my $44.00. Customer service would not contact me. The only contact I had was through PayPal. I will never purchase anything from this site again.

I wish I had checked this beforehand ... they promoted quality products but issues cheap Chinese made crap (TEMU is better). They haven't returned any emails regarding the quality, or lack there of, and that the product these clowns sent was actually the wrong product AND colour.

We have tried, unsuccessfully, to contact this company for a return. They sent an RMA number but made us “wait for return instructions.” They never sent them. We are STILL waiting. Furious.

Bought a watch band which never arrived. Currier marked address as invalid. Address is valid and have received hundreds of packages here.
I tried contacting customer support different ways, they never replied. This
Smells like a scam.
I will contact my bank to charge back the transaction.

Cheap material. I was disappointed.I ordered a watch strap from Avontic and received it yesterday. Unfortunately, the quality was very poor. Even while attaching it to my watch for the first time, the black part of the strap got scratched. It was advertised as scratch-resistant, but it clearly isn’t. Very disappointed.
