Deceptive marketing and fraudulent documentation used in the sale of a hydrogen therapy machine sold by Axiom H2 for approximately $6,500. The company strongly implies through its website, interviews, and branding that this machine was created by them and is American-made. The machine displays an American flag sticker and patriotic branding. While the company avoids explicitly stating “made in the USA,” the overall presentation is clearly designed to mislead consumers into believing it is their proprietary American product. It is not. Identical or near-identical machines are available on Alibaba for approximately $600–$800. Axiom did not create or manufacture this machine. The company provides a so-called third-party safety and lab testing PDF claiming hydrogen purity and safety. This document is fraudulent. The PDF metadata shows it was created internally by an individual (Barbara Kolenko) on September 10, 2025, not by an independent laboratory. The tables in the document are visibly pixelated and manipulated. The document contains redactions, which is inappropriate for a safety report. These redactions can be removed using standard PDF software, revealing a Chinese company listed as the lab. I contacted that company directly; they confirmed they do not manufacture hydrogen machines, only oxygen and hydrogen/oxygen machines. The referenced lab does not exist as a legitimate hydrogen testing facility and never has. There are no legitimate third-party safety tests supporting this product. Based on my experience, Axiom engages in deceptive advertising, deceptive marketing, and the use of falsified documentation. They refuse to answer any questions about the fake document and only PARTIALLY refunded me. My entire business was based on their machine so have lost a LOT. Request their "GC Test Report". Currently it has all the metadata attached telling you they created it themselves and you can also unredact it to see which company they COPIED it from. Eventually they will either delete the metadata or stop sending it out. You SHOULD be able to get a full lab safety report for a machine you are inhaling hydrogen into your lungs from. And it should have zero redactions, all the metadata available and be completely transparent. Unlike Axiom's. Do NOT waste your money or risk your health.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude and not transparent. After promising delivery 3 times they finally issued a refund without offering a reason. Finally they called me a bad customer because I was concerned that after a month of promises I was concerned about my large investment in their product. In hindsight I think they encouraged me to order a product that was out of stock.

I really enjoy using the Axiom H2 device. It gives me the added energy I need and I love knowing that my body is truly healing on the inside.

May 1st 2023 I received my machine and started inhalation, SSH tablets, and infused waters
As a product: it did everything it claimed to do and I’ve had phenomenal results in making this an every day part of my life and including it in my business practice as well!
Everything regarding equipment was easy to setup and use! Maintenance is extremely minimal!

As a company: Best customer service troubleshooting and quality! A lot of thought and care went into these products!
I’ve spoken with the actual CEO, how often do you get to do that?!
He’s an amazingly selfless man who surrounds himself with equally amazing people!
His goals and ambitions seem aligned with the greater good of humanity and thanks to him I’ve experienced a lot of positive changes and healing in my life, noticeable differences in my health which enhances my entire well being and helps me show up better for those around me!

One of the Best investments I’ve made in my health to date! Highly recommended!

I've been taking this for the las 3 months so far working towards the 6-8 month suggested mark. Can't quite tell EXACTLY what it has done but I can tell you that I don't have as many aches and pains, mostly back issues. I believe my inflammation has gone down and I have overall better health. I can say I used to take 2-8 pills of Aleve, Tylenol, Advil etc.. per day BEFORE and since taking this I might have used 6 pills in the last 3 months.

After almost a year on molecular hydrogen, almost every single area of my life has significantly improved due to better brain and gut function. It's truly incredible how a moderate - high toxic load can contribute to the perceived struggles in life. I would recommend it to everyone.
Inhalation session feels amazing, and eye therapy is out of this world. I stopped having endometriosis pain, acid reflux and lactose intolerance. My brain fog is completely gone after only one tablets and my energy levels are really high. This sector is highly unregulated and it is nice to know what is happening inside of the machine due to its sensors and that levels of molecular hydrogen are actually high!
