This is my second time working with Axis Solicitors, when I applied for a second UK standard visitor visa as a Syrian (First one was successful with Axis team). The application was unfortunately denied, for reasons were already addressed and explained in my application, Axis therefore suggested to file a complaint, and provided a thorough explanation throughout the process; our paralegal Motahareh was empathetic and supportive, which was helpful. Our request has been successful finally after waiting for so long! I would recommend working with Axis team as we have had successful outcomes so far.
