Beautiful fabric. Well made design. Arrived as expected. Love love love!

Das Kleid wurde an einer Stelle nicht zugenäht und hat dadurch einen anderen Ausschnitt als angegeben. Ich habe das gleiche Kleid 2x bestellt. Beim ersten Kleid war alles super, wirklich wunderschön. Ich gebe jedoch nur 2 Sterne, weil der Kundenservice nicht antwortet. Das ist ziemlich schade und sollte nicht so sein.

The dress is beautiful, and worth it's money. It's good fabric and fits well. Just one thing: I ordered to Germany and did not know that there was an additional fee to the shipping cost, regarding customs. Just keep that in mind to not have a bad surprise.

Beautiful dress! I had been eyeing it for a couple years and took the plunge for my bday and I’m so happy I did. I feel like a Greek goddess in this dress! The shipping was super fast too!! Loved the little incense included inside the package:)

I was asked for a review again, and I want to be very clear about my experience.

The dress cost around €240 and was shipped from Indonesia. When I unpacked it, I was honestly quite disappointed. It arrived extremely wrinkled and crumpled — to the point where it was absolutely not wearable straight out of the package. For a product in this price range, I would expect packaging that prevents this kind of condition.

What made this more frustrating is the fabric care. The dress is made from delicate material that requires hand washing only, cannot be tumble dried, and must be ironed very carefully at a low temperature. Given how heavily wrinkled it arrived, I don’t feel comfortable trying to fix this myself, as proper ironing would likely require more aggressive treatment than the fabric allows. I will probably have to take it to a professional cleaner, which is an additional inconvenience and cost.

Another major issue is that there were no instructions included on how to tie or style the dress as shown in the product photos. This is particularly disappointing, because the look of the dress depends heavily on how it is wrapped and tied. Without guidance, it’s very difficult to recreate the intended design, and the result looks quite different from what is advertised.

At this price point, I would absolutely expect:
• Proper packaging to prevent heavy wrinkling
• Clear and detailed instructions for styling/tie techniques

Overall, the dress may have potential, but the presentation, lack of guidance, and impractical handling requirements significantly detract from the experience.

Love love LOVE their unique dresses and the fact they are made out of cotton. I feel so ethereal and old world when I wear their garments.

DHL stated the shipment arrived, it never did. Struggling to get items replaced. DHL won't take responsibility and I haven't heard back from Aya yet. I saved for months to be able to afford these items. I'm so disappointed.

Shipping was fast and the dress arrived well kept. It fits perfectly! I love it so much, the fabric is so wonderful, I love knowing the silk is coming from an ethical, non-violent source. I’ll be wearing this dress for a wedding and I’m so excited :)

The fabric is truly beautiful and everything i expected.
The front has longer peaks, its not correctly sew, ending in peaks in the front but shorter on the sides. Will have to fix.
The picture gave the idea of a longer dress too, and I didnt see it in the measurements table (maybe I didnt see it, not sure)
The tax to bring it to Spain was much higher than I expected,.costing me between shipping and tax the same as the dress! But the shipping company explained that it's due to the type of organic fabric. I paid it.
It arrived much faster than expected so that was great.
Overall a great buy with a few corks.

The color of the dress is completely different from what’s shown in the description. It’s not red at all—more of a brown or cinnamon shade rather than the “wine red” that was advertised.

I understand that colors can sometimes vary slightly due to different displays, but in my experience ordering clothes online, the colors usually match what I see on my phone quite closely. In this case, the difference is significant.

I decided to keep the dress because the material is decent and I bought it on sale, so it’s not really worth the hassle of returning it. However, the misleading color description makes me hesitant to order from this store again.

The dress fits perfectly, the fabric is so nice and communication was great. I love my dresses.

Everything went wrong!
This company has obviously changed ownership or something.
I have ben getting clothes from Aya for over 6 years but in the last year, it all changed and is now a horrible shopping experience.
The clothes didn't fit well, they sent the wrong items and refused to refund them or help in any way.
I also ordered an item and it didn't arrive and I received no messages as to why and I had to send about ten emails to find out why and finally they said it was on back order and that they would keep me updated.
They did not keep me updated and I am still waiting! They said they had no idea when my item would be ready!
So I canceled and am still waiting on the refund. Enough is enough.

The postage is extremely expensive too.

Do NOT buy from here. There are other sites selling similar clothing.
This is very sad as it used to be an amazing place to buy from.

From the swift delivery to the luxurious yet humble packaging, heart felt correspondence, my questions were answered in a timely fashion and the dress is just lovely!

The material feels natural and soft just the way it looks! I feel like a goddess in this dress :)
