Very happy - will be ordering again.
Very happy - fats delivery and the dyes (I purchased 2 black sachets) were easy to use and did exactly what I wanted them to. I will be ordering again.

I followed the instructions on the sheet sent with the dye, and I respected weights and temperatures, but my shirt came out stained!

Good experience
I have been very pleased with the dye and fixer. It is the first time I have used it but I was so impressed with the result I will buy more. The colour was bright and rich and did not ruin my washing machine.

Yes we were quite happy with the result,
One issue was that on the info on the website it was not made clear that the ratio of fabric weight to colour requirement. We wanted to dye 4 white lab coats to a shade of brown to look like old style work coats for our stage musical. It looked like we needed to packs . However when we got the dye or said we needed a pack for every 250 GM's and when we weighted the coats each weighted 459 gms , so we would have needed 8 packs not 2. !!!
As the show is going on stage in just under 2 weeks , so not enough time to get more. So we dyed the lot with the 2 packs. . The colour is not be the shade we'd hoped for. & Sort of looks the part . & The Directors okay with it , so rock on..

We are a bit confused that you did not see the suggested ratio or perhaps you might have overseen it but on the first page of our website we have a headline saying 'How much fabric dye do I need' and below it says "You can easily calculate the required quantity by weighing the fabric. You can use 1 sachet of fabric dye for 250 gram of dry fabric. 1000 gram of fabric require 4 sachets" Further on it says: "For lighter colors than it is indicated on the packaging you can use less fabric dye"
When going to purchase the dye at our online shop there is a product information for every colour you click on that says: "1 Sachet (10-13 grams) is sufficient for 250 grams of dry fabric"
Well, but it worked out and we hope that your musical is successful and brings lots of joy! Best regard, the Aybel Team
