Título: Supporting a Professional Designer – Proceed with Caution

My colleague, a highly professional designer, was concerned about how to handle his collaboration with Azara Jewelry after not receiving payment. I encouraged him to share his experience on Trustpilot, which is an excellent platform to verify and evaluate companies, helping other professionals and clients make informed decisions.

As the owner of a 3D design company with over ten years of experience and more than 40 years in the jewelry manufacturing industry, working internationally from Spain, I have seen many professional collaborations. I know first-hand how dedicated and talented my colleague is, and it is deeply concerning to see his hard work go unpaid.

Additionally, based on online discussions and some customer feedback, there are opinions suggesting that certain products from Azara Jewelry may be overpriced or not always meet expectations compared to similar products in the market.

Azara Jewelry’s lack of response and failure to honor payment agreements is disappointing. I strongly encourage anyone considering collaboration with this company to verify all terms and payments carefully, and to maintain clear written agreements. It is unacceptable that hardworking professionals can be left without compensation after contributing significant effort.

I collaborated with Azara Jewelry starting around August 2024, providing professional design work according to agreed timelines. The last payment I received was for an invoice dated April 12, 2025. After that, the company stopped responding to my emails and messages, including WhatsApp. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, no further payments were made.

In addition, many of the product photos on their website were created by me, and this can be easily verified. I have screenshots of messages and emails showing the payments received and my repeated attempts to contact them.

I share this experience so that other clients can carefully verify payment arrangements before engaging in work. Based on my experience, I would recommend approaching projects with Azara Jewelry cautiously and confirming all payment agreements in writing before starting any collaboration.
