Varit kund i 5 år "suttit fast i avtal" Bolaget har gjort så jag fått betala massa extra vid årsbokslut med revisorn.
Okunniga och tar extremt mycket betalt för väldigt lite jobb. Har varit företagare i 25 år och aldrig upplevt så här. Fick äntligen bytt till annat redovisning bolag och nu är det som det ska igen " suck "
Not great for private clients, lack of communication. Expectations for them to manage my a tax process, they did not keep to deadline costing me an interest payment and a penalty charge. They did eventually pay a ‘goodwill’ to cover the penalty advising I delayed the process. I was never once reminded of the deadline Any communications were prompted by me. No attention to detail of values or dates required. Had to correct on several points where they already held the information.
They may be ok for a large business but I would not recommend them for personal clients.

Added 30% to the agreed fee. Very difficult to communicate with by email - inefficient responses. Made incorrect calculations of CGT, which we had to correct ourselves. Tried to charge extra to remedy a mistake they made in reporting.

I've used Azets for my both my business and personal accounts for the last 5+ years and can't recommend them enough. The service levels are excellent with communication always helpful and professional. The staff at the Southend branch are all lovely, especially the ladies on reception.

Azets is a horrible provider of services. Starting from their unclear explanation of what services they offer, their timeline for responses takes months or you never get a response despite many follow ups, the quality of delivery in a rare case of response is substandard. All they do is keep you waiting that they ll respond. I strongly recommend not to use Azets, especially for small to medium businesses where we don’t have much time and money to spend on waiting.

I have recently had to file a self assessment and have completed it through Azets. Every client’s experience will depend on the specific advisor they work with, however this review is a reflection of the exceptional service I have received from Emily and the personal tax team in the Cardiff office. They were very efficient (even with late submissions from my end!), proactive, with excellent communication. They made process very easy and I would 100% recommend them to others.

I have remained a customer for this long because I've been happy with the service I receive and I'm treated by people who are reliable and provide a service where they really care. It feels like a personal service.

Been with this company for years , sadly they’ve priced themselves out of doing my sole trader accounts they don’t offer flexibility on fees which i need now im slowing down my work load
