Very easy to locate the agency and to pick-up the car. Friendly staff. The prices were much lower than other companies. I was delivered a car that was actually an upgrade from what I had booked. No insurance and extra fees. All went smoothly and the delivery at the end was very quick. Excellent experience!

No dia 13 de Março fiz uma reserva de um carro com esta empresa em nome do meu namorado e paguei uma taxa de reserva no valor de 11 euros. Nesse mesmo dia a empresa enviou-me um email a informar que a viatura que tinha reservado não estava disponivel mas que tinham uma outra um pouco mais cara e pediram que respondesse ao email se estava interessada ou não, respondi prontamente e foi aí que tudo começou.
O email não funciona as mensagens não são entregues . Tentei de várias formas, pedi a amigos que enviassem emails e não havia volta a dar os emails não eram entregues, vasculhei o website por mais contactos e só me aparecia o email mais nada.
Passados uns dias enviaram um novo email a questionar se queria o carro ou não e eu tornei a responder e mais uma vez não consegui. Esperei que me ligassem uma que tinha fornecido o meu número ao fazer a reserva, mas tal não aconteceu... Entretanto, e por medo de não ter carro quando chegasse á Graciosa acabei por fazer a reserva com outra empresa e devo dizer que vai ficar bem mais caro.
Hoje recebi um email da empresa a dizer que por falta de resposta minha me vão cancelar a reserva e devolver o montante pago. Mais uma vez tentei responder e o email não foi entregue.
Se não fossem as opiniões que aqui li pensaria que estava a ser vigarizada e é pelo facto de não conseguir contactar com a empresa que venho aqui dar minha opinião sobre a experiencia que tive com a mesma para que num futuro próximo possa voltar aos Açores e reservar um carro com esta empresa.
Só peço por favor que adicionem um contacto alternativo no vosso website por favor.

La macchina era praticamente nuova, con soli 5000km e tenuta benissimo!
Il signor Mario (se non ricordo male si chiamava così), responsabile del noleggio auto, è una persona trasparente, gentile e molto cordiale!
Ci ha addirittura accompagnato in aeroporto senza chiederci un euro!
Davvero un servizio eccellente a un prezzo più che onesto!

Tuve que hacer varios cambios en mi reserva y me atendieron sin problemas, fueron muy atentos en todo momento. El coche estaba super nuevo y nos fue genial con él. Sin duda alquilaría con ellos de nuevo si vuelvo!

Much cheaper prices than the bigger firms I looked at.
Easy airport pickup, super friendly and professional staff at the rental company.
Car was in good condition and modern.
Navigation system worked in the car (the large companies disable it so you have to pay extra!)
Quick processing on pick up and drop off.
No annoying attempts at upselling of upgrades, extra insurance etc.

Easy collection and drop off at the airport (even when the flight was late) which was really appreciated. Pristine car and friendly, helpful service.

The car was great and the staff good. Lots of space, easy to collect and everything. The only drawback was the hidden booking charge (138 euros)...this was a lot, especially for a family.
