Total waste of money. I purchased two for my vehicles and the product did absolutely nothing. When you open up the container you'll be surprise of how little product they place inside. When you open the container for the first time and smell the scent, soak it in because that's the last you'll smell it once you place it in your car. Do NOT recommend, horrible product!

It does work. You need to know it isn't an air freshener. After the initial few hours, the smell fades. What it does do, is absorb odors in your space. I even like the containers as they are attractive enough and stable. What I can't recommend is the ludicrous cost of the refills. On sale on Amazon it was $50.00! I've seen it up to $80.00. This is where the company makes their money after the initial purchase of the first package of gel and two jars. This starter pack is the same price as the single refill. If you search for a dupe, you will find a recipe for the gel which is essentially plain gelatin and tea tree oil. For under $20.00 you can easily make your own. I'm all for enterprise, but not for such blatant fleecing.

Azuna is an expensive scam! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
It did absolutely nothing for the house. You couldn't even smell it unless you put your nose to the container. I gave it a month, hoping I had not wasted my money.
Finally threw it away. I have a feeling all of the fragrances smell the same, just named differently.
The tea tree fragrance wasn't even a pleasant tea tree smell.
Doesn't even deserve one star.

Worst smell ever, bought $150 worth of the Amalfi Coast product, disgusting scent, complete fraud, had to throw it away. Wont even try their refund process, straight up disputing the cc charge…beware!!

These things have absolutely NO scent for a big price . I’ve tried to contact the company for a return/refund and have received NO response. Don’t waste your money.

Does not smell good AT ALL, just an overwhelming smell of tea tree oil, which smells bad. But the worst part was it made my dog’s allergies so much worse, he scratched his skin raw. Do not recommend for anyone with pets. Unless you like the smell of tea tree oil, which is all you can smell, don’t buy this.

After receiving the product, I went online due to the overpowering scent to see if that was normal. While researching I saw numerous articles that tea tree oil , which is the main ingredient in Azuna can be harmful/toxic, even just the scent, to dogs. I called my vet and she told me to get rid of it asap. Threw the entire "home package" out immediately.

Their website states in numerous places that it is safe for dogs, which is just not true. This is false advertising, and may result in serious issues for some pets. Pet owners beware.

This product is amazing. We try really hard to keep toxic chemicals out of our house and as much as candles and air fresheners cover the dog smell, we were looking for something to get rid of it (without getting rid of the dog!) This product has gotten rid of that stink without filling the house with fragrance. It has also worked wonders in our teenage son's bedroom. We just tried the surface cleaner and love that too.

Orders package on 11/9, today is 11/29 and still have not received. Apparently, Azuna says the carrier lost the package… at this point I’d rather get my money back

1st order good and strong. Second order, scent so faint you couldn’t smell. Customer support offered a discount on another order? Why would I spend more? Next was a refund if I returned the open product but I would pay shipping. Must not want return customers.

New, the scent is a little tea tree oil heavy, but it fades ok. However, there should be a special warning about wiping out the spent gel. I was not prepared for the far-reaching, pungent, crawling-up-my-nose, demon-escaping-hell level of smell that escaped that cute, little glass puck when I wiped out the clarified goop. That evolution needs to happen outside your home, wiped goop going straight into the outdoor garbage can, with maybe some holy water to keep that tea-tree-oil-vinegar-poltergeist from crossing back over your threshold. The glass jar is still cute and easy to refill once exorcized.

Product did not work. I contacted Azuna's customer service to return. I was sent an email saying I would be contacted within 2 days to review the return.
Today is 9/8, over a month since receiving the email without a response.
Today I called, I received a non-human who told me to go online and they would get back to me immediately or leave a message so I left a message and I'm hoping that somebody will get back to me so I can get my $50 back. Would highly not recommend.

I fell for the Facebook ads, and I really wanted this to help with cooking odors left in my house. At first all I could smell was tea tree oil, now a week later I smell nothing and regular cooking smells linger just as they did before. From now on I’ll be looking on trust pilot for reviews before believing the reviews a company provides.

Scent is barely there. All of the scents smell the same. Doesn’t freshen your home.

Several months ago my wife saw your Azuna scents on "View Your Deal" on the view, and we ordered a 4-pak. The scent package arrived promptly and we were excited, I opened the scents and put one scent in the dining area and and one in the laundry room area and with a week the scent completely disappeared, even though the glass dishes were still full. To date we are not happy with. Will not order any more products, BUYER BE WARE!!

I purchased 2 car fresheners. Opened one and put in my car. I can barely smell anything. I paid 29 and some change for 2 car fresheners. I emailed and all they wanted to give was 14.82. So I paid 7 and some change for each one. A didn't even open 1 of them. I wanted to sen back. I feel they could of done better.
These companies need to to do better.

The smell is disgusting. They claim to have a "not satisfied with product" 30 day return policy but only if the product is not used and unopened. How would I know if I'm not satisfied if I don't use the product?! They also require you to pay to ship it back. Absolutely fraudulent return policy!!

Please beware of Azusa Fresh. After using their product for two months, I canceled the subscription and they continue to withdraw funds from my checking account and send merchandise. I have sent emails and returned the merchandise without receiving my refund or any form of communication from the company. Shame on them for the total lack of customer service.

The air freshener smells and works well. But we've gotten 2 of the spray products. The 1st couple uses is how you'd expect it, but after that it loses pressure and just squirts out in a stream.

I would have really liked to leave a positive review about this company. The customer service was great and they seem like very nice people. The problem... their products simply do not work! They don't mask or take away odors and they don't create any type of nice smell. Save your money and find another way to deal with odor in your home.
