Funds not paid bad experience
I had €170 in winnings on my account.
The casino closed my account and initially said I had no balance.
However, they later refunded €20, which contradicts their statement.
The remaining €150 has not been paid, and they stopped responding to my emails.
I have already submitted a complaint to Curaçao eGaming.
I do not recommend this casino.
I just want my remaining €150 paid.

I would like to provide additional details regarding my case.
* I had €170 in winnings in my account
* Initially, I was told that there was no balance
* Later, €20 was refunded
* Then, the operator confirmed that €170 was confiscated
This clearly shows inconsistent information and confirms that funds were present in my account.
The reason given for confiscation was related to verification issues. However, my personal details are correct, and the only issue mentioned was a proof of address document slightly older than 3 months. I was not given the opportunity to provide an updated document.
Additionally, I could not find any clear rule in the Terms and Conditions that justifies confiscating all winnings under these circumstances.
The company requested additional information, which I have already provided. However, they still have not resolved the issue or paid the remaining €150.
I am only requesting the payment of my remaining €150.
