It’s a second time we rented the travel pram. The service is efficient! Highly recommend!

Hiring a snoo from them currently.
They’ve been a really refreshingly good company to deal with.
Respond quickly to emails and an actual human gets back to you.
My product had a mechanical issue and they organised a replacement really quickly and offered a refund as an alternative. Also allowed me to return the faulty one at a time that works for us so we wouldn’t be without a cot. Will definitely use them again if we need to hire any baby kit for holidays or things like that. Also a great sustainable business model. 👍🏻

Baboodle was amazing. We hired a Bugaboo Donkey Duo for 8 months. The process was super smooth and SO easy. Drop off and collection was very easy to arrange and all went ahead with no issues, even when I changed one of the sides of the pram from bassinet to seat. I would definitely use again and have recommended to friends.

We travelled with our twin 18 month old daughters to London, from Sydney, and organised two cots plus two trikes. Easy booking process, great customer support, good communication and no question was too difficult to answer. Will use again, and would recommend.

I would not recommend Baboodle.

I rented a Spectra breast pump, and it arrived dirty, in a battered, dishevelled box. Not exactly the reassuring experience you want when you’re relying on equipment for a newborn.

My plan had been to rent it for six months, but following a traumatic birth I was unable to continue breastfeeding. It was an incredibly emotional and difficult time, so I returned the pump early.

Instead of any understanding or compassion, I received emails threatening debt collection unless I paid an enhanced rental fee because I hadn’t kept the pump for the minimum period. While I understand this is their policy, and I have paid the fee, the complete lack of empathy towards a new mum going through such a difficult experience left a very bad impression.

I already had reservations about renting baby equipment rather than buying it outright, and this experience completely confirmed those concerns. Between the poor condition of the pump on arrival and the way I was treated afterwards, I wouldn’t use Baboodle again and wouldn’t recommend them to other parents.

Efficient, great customer service and so easy to book/return. Have already recommended to lots of people and will 1000% be using Baboodle again!

Best type of service for a new mum. Baboodle saves mothers from purchasing expensive products that they may only need for a short period of time. I highly recommend using their services. The customer service team are very attentive too.

Pram received on time, in good condition. When it was time to return the process was seamless - make sure you keep all the packaging as you can reuse to return. Will definitely use the service again.
