Suited our holiday needs

The experience was great and easy. I am a first time mum and have a tiny 4month baby. We were going on holiday and needed a travel pram thats parent facing. I hired the pram and also added an umbrella, fan and mosquito net. They were delivered and pickup with ease. When we had issues the customer service response was quick and thoughtful. I highly recommend.

Fantastic service would highly recommend. Rented a Silver Cross Nia pram for one month to accompany us on a holiday trip. Delivery was prompt on the proposed requested delivery date, item was perfect and return was seamless. Fantastic overall, and definitely will do again.

Altough I didn't choose to keep my item as decided it wasn't for us so we sent it back the next day, Baboodle were very understanding and absolutely amazing at explaining any fees! We are definitely going to rent again once we find an item that fits pur day to day life and Baboodle are great at giving full information about each item, they go abive and beyond to make sure your well informed and happy with your choice. Customer servuce is the best I have ever seen!
Not to mention they have made sure my item is with me the very next day :)

Start to finish was amazing!

Great quality items and easy collection process only had a little hiccup with the arrival of the products which was soon resolved. This is my second rental from them and would do it again

I rented the bugaboo butterfly for a holiday and I honestly was so impressed. This was for my 3rd child and with my previous children I have wasted so much money and had so much stuff unused or not needed which is a waste of space and money, so when I came across this I thought it was a brilliant concept. It was so easy to navigate the website and the delivery and collection when we was home was so easy and hassle free I have recommended to my friends and will absolutely use this company again. Thankyou!

Had the best experience with Baboodle. Despite minor teething issues and delivery, they were sorted impeccably and swiftly. Very sad that my baby has outgrown the Snoo as it was such a joy to have. Wishing this genuinely caring company all the very best!

Amazing service! From start to finish, it made life so easy amidst the chaos. We needed a travel pram for our newborn but our existing travel pram wouldn’t work for a 12 week old so this was the perfect short term solution. Great customer service too, after 4 hours of ordering I realised I made a mistake with the order due to baby brain and they amended the order in 30 minutes. The return process was super straight forward as well, with all the necessary actions and prompts provided so you didn’t have to work anything out. We will definitely be using the service again! The only thing that would make an already great service slightly better, is if a link to the hire product instruction manual could also be provided - especially for collapsing and opening the pram! Thanks again.

Honestly all round brilliant products and service

We needed a pram for our 5 year old for a trip to Disneyland Paris, extremely delighted with quality and cleanliness of the pram. Made our trip so much easier. Delivery was quick and returning was simple. Would definitely recommend Baboodle

I couldn't be happier with this service! I messed up the delivery date and put in the wrong month for my pram. I contacted them in a panic thinking I would be pramless for my holiday. They replied straight away and made sure I got a next day delivery. Holiday saved! You don't get this 'above and beyond' service often these days, what a gem! Thank you so much.

Disappointing to say the least. Ordered an Artipoppe carrier allowed me to select next day delivery. I would have understood if it was a few days for delivery but I was then told it would be at least a week for delivery due to ‘courier restraints’ then asked if it would be the same for a travel pram for a future booking but all of a sudden the courier restraints weren’t there anymore and that was fine to do? Not sure if this is just a marketing tactic?

I’m sure the other reviews are genuine but felt the customer service was really lacking. I cancelled the order no real offer to sort anything out was told ‘sorry we weren’t the right fit’ and went with elsewhere as based on my experience I don’t think I could risk the unreliability so close to a holiday if booking a travel pram with them.

Easy to rent, fast delivery, great product.

Excellent business! Very prompt communication, super easy to order and return the rentals, not to mention they were absolutely spotless. I found it a great way to trial products and have them for as long as you need without breaking the bank. Highly recommend
