The item has never arrived
The item has never arrived, it has had a post code attached to it that has nothing to do with me so I am not in discussion with 2 different post offices to try and actually get the parcel. Hoping and praying I can locate it before my little boys birthday!

Clothing is beautiful. Bought a few outfits for my little ones. They wash lovely and always good quality stuff. Just bought a few things from the boutique bit very happy as they was much cheaper than other sites and the quality is the same. Can’t wait to buy more

Great item and customer service
I ordered a personalised hoody for my daughter. It came quickly and the personalisation was perfect but there was a flaw with the manufacturing of the hoodie and there was a hole. I notified baby crafts and they quickly sent me out a replacement. I can’t fault the product or customer service. Highly recommend
