My Clippers started pulling hair. I returned them along with the charging base. All they set me back was just the base. This is ridiculous. I would not recommend buying anything from babyliss pro gold clippers.
I sent in the clippers and the charger and bass and all they sent me back was the bass. This is unreal, what happened to my clippers

Terrible company return policy. Curling iron didn’t have a clip on it. I could predict burns, so asked for a return label. Nope they do not issue them. What a ridiculous policy in 2026! I have to print a PAPER form to include (required) since there was no receipt included. I have to box it, DRIVE it to UPS and pay $18. I am shipping it to an address less than a 15 min drive from my home. They will not allow me to drop it off. This is why NO ONE buys from retailers anymore. All hassle, all the time. I won’t buy any products from them again until the end of time. Time to realize it’s 2026 Babyliss.

I ordered a beard trimmer and another item. I wait over a week and it comes without a charger. I can't understand how they sell a trimmer without a charger. So I order a charger, theres another week. Well, it arrives, feels very light, turns out theres nothing in the box! Just bubble wrap.. I kid you not. Then i finally found a way to get in touch through support and i emailed them pictures of the box etc. Stand by for the result...

Do not buy from this company.! I bought an expensive straightener from them a couple hundred dollars only to have it break in less than a year. Poor quality and they do nothing for their customers when it breaks. The heat setting stops working after a few minutes. I asked for them to replace it and then I would send a picture of the cord being cut so I wouldn’t be out of a straightener completely, however The customer service team refused to send a replacement. They want to inconvenience their customers instead of making it right. Stay away unless you want a damaged product.

Spending $125 on a hairdryer that lasted less than a year was probably the dumbest thing I have ever done. My $20 one has lasted forever....and it's a no name brand! Guess you don't get what you pay for with Babyliss

I purchased the compact flat iron on 2/20/26 received an order confirmation, on 2/23/26 I received an email that my order was beig processed and nothing else.
On 2/28/26 I received my compact flat iron and it was used. There is the is black "gunk" on the top plate, there was no caution tags, no plug protector and no user guide. It took me a while to find the return site and (1) there should have been a return slip in the box - nope; (2) you pay for return shipping even though they sent you a used item. I tried to call the company but they are only available Mon - Fri during normal business hours.

I purchased the Babyliss Pro Style Switch blow dryer and instantly LOVED it! I used it 3 times (once/bi-weekly) and when I went to use it a 4th time, it overheated, and shut off. When I waited for it to cool off and finish the job I started, it would overheat again.
I called Babyliss’ customer service only to be told I have to send the appliance back before a replacement is sent out HOWEVER, shipping is covered. Well…the admin taking my contact info misspelled my email (after I confirmed the correct spelling) so I never received any emails regarding the exchange. After a week I reach back out to CS to see what the hold up on the shipping lane was, only to be told my email was entered erroneously and a new email will be sent. I received the email regarding the complaint and was told to wait 24-48 hrs for an email containing the shipping information. Never received that within the time frame. Called CS yet AGAIN, and asked for expedited shipping and was declined. I have been without my dryer for 2 weeks now and still can’t ship it out. I am beyond disappointed with the LACK of customer oriented service and the inability to expedite shipping out a new device when my first point of contact with customer service, I was failed. If this new dryer is faulty, that will be the end of my investing into this company as their focus doesn’t seem to be customer centered.
Again, HIGHLY disappointed in the customer care given to me for such pricey hair appliance that over been without for almost 3 weeks.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The peoduct i bought was a gift for someone. They took my money right away but I never recieved anything. Its been over a month of e-mails and not one reply back. Terrible.

My company bought 13 clippers and trimmer sets. That ended up shorting out and the clippers and trimmers that they would not work effectively. So we had to use the charger plug in to keep them running. And then they refused to send out replacements for us to use while the others were sent back in to return the ones that were faulty .such bad business. For such a big purchase, my company is a franchise and we will not be buying from babyliss. Our next go around for hair cutting tools.(spend $5000 with them to be treated like nothing)

I bought the straightener, curling iron and the wave iron and they are horrible. I used the straightener about 5 times and it quit working, the other 2 i have to use lots of spray in order for them to hold the style. I wasted 400 bucks on these. Customer service does not answer. I do not recommend.

0 customers service not even 1 ⭐️the lady who answered the phone has no manners, very rude she didn’t even let me explain what happened to my $180 trimers. Did not offer help😡she kept telling me to read the warranty and I am being very abusiv to her!! What a joke!! Horrible!!

Horrible customer service. I received an open box item used with hair inside the box directly from babylis. I’ve called customer service several times and they are refusing to take item back.

Horrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order before were shipped but didn’t work because I couldn’t get help. After I tried to get a refund and return the items, but I never received a return label they said sent it by email in two business days! The other option is to send the label by mail in 30 business days! It is ridiculous. I won’t recommend this site nor buy anything again through this.

Not only do I have an issue with 2 Babyliss Pro clippers, their Customer Service is totally non-responsive.

I started with the website completing the CS form. An automated response stated I would receive a reply within 3 business days. 5 days later, I haven't heard from them.

In the meantime, I have called the 800 customer service number 7 times. (I am on hold as I write this review.) I have been given wait times ranging from 40 minutes to an hour and 45 minutes wait time. I never received a call back. This time, I am staying on the call if it takes 24 hours.

You have extremely poor customer service. Totally non-responsive.

None of the customer service channels respond.

It started 6 months ago, and a full run around. They keep passing the buck, "you are in Canada, contact the Canadian Branch....try their instagram, their facebook, etc." No ones writes back, no solution. All I'm asking for is a warranty covered cord that broke easily. yes, as someone else here said WAHL all the way.

This company is probably the worst I have ever dealt with.
I have already gone thru 3 of their FXRG clippers they cost me $200 and then the motor/battery dies within a few months. EVERY single one of them has crapped out on me.
When I went thru their customer service it took WAY too much trouble to get another set they warranty.
Their warranty sucks.
This brand sucks.

Warning! If you want to have a chance to maintain your hairdrier to e.g. exchange the cord, never buy this BabyLiss Pro product! They use some special screws that prevents you from disassembling the product unless you have a very special screwdriver.
