Received a Fake Product – No Response from Seller
I ordered Creed Aventus EDP 100ml from this website and received what is a counterfeit product. I’ve bought this fragrance many times before and could tell immediately it was fake. The scent was wrong, the liquid was the wrong colour, the branding and label were off, and the cap wasn’t magnetic — all clear giveaways.
I contacted the seller for a refund and got no response. After looking into it further, I found that several other people had reported the same issue: fake products and a lack of communication.
The 5-star reviews on their website are fake and do not reflect real customer experiences.
I've reported this to the NSW Police and consumer protection authorities. Do not trust this site — avoid it completely.

Fake perfumes
Fake perfumes. Fake postage sender address put on label. Label says business is located in Victoria. Registered business address is 54 Glen Elgin Crescent Edensor Park NSW. Won’t reply to emails to return or refund. Like the other comments a fake review was also posted in my name.

Fragrances are 100% fake.
Seller won’t respond to emails to return item for a refund.
Seller also put a fake positive review in my name on their website. Not only the products are fake the reviews are also.
Do not waste your money and get scammed from this fraudulent seller.
I have lodged a complaint with ACCC.

Fake product, zero customer service!
I purchased a Gris Dior EDP from them.
It turned out to be a fake! As Anthony pointed out, they have used my name to write a glowing review about the product!
I wrote to them seeking a refund, but no response! Stay clear of this website. The item was posted in Victoria, but the business location according to my Amex Transaction is Lalor Park in Sydney!

100% fake products. Refuse to answer emails and offer a refund. Fraudulent seller with fake reviews. Left a positive review in my name. Don’t lose your money with this company as items are 100% fake.
