Front sleepers are the forgotten ones. Every pillow on the market was built for backs and sides. For those of us who sleep face-down — there was nothing. Stacking. Folding. Waking up with a neck that had been quietly paying for it all night.
And if you go looking for help, the internet tells you to change. Stop sleeping on your front. Retrain yourself. As if people who already struggle with sleep — with insomnia, with bodies that only settle in one position, with nervous systems that need the weight of the mattress against them to feel safe enough to rest — just need to be corrected. As if the answer is always: become someone else.
This pillow does not ask that of you.
I have a structural problem in my cervical spine. I have neck pain that is not metaphorical. I need a pillow so thin it is almost the absence of a pillow, and I need it to hold my head without tipping it back into the place that damages things.
The convex shape. The sloped sides. The depth that gives just enough without asking your neck to pay the difference. Someone sat down and thought about front sleepers — not as an afterthought, not as a niche edge case, but as people who deserve to wake up without pain. That act of consideration is not nothing. I felt it the first night. I feel it still.
The customer service matched the product. Someone followed up personally, with warmth — and apologised for the follow-up. That is a small business that has not forgotten what it means to actually care about the people it serves.
It is the only pillow I sleep on now. The other one I just hug.

Ordered a slothie mattress topper for my campervan. The topper arrived within a few days. I had a follow up email checking that everything was ok. Excellent service and I would purchase from this company again. Highly recommended.

I found this company with a Google . By researching their background I felt reassured. I could have found cheaper but opted for this one because of the research we did. The product was well packaged. It took some time to regain its shape following unrolling but now fits my chair-bed well and transforms it into a much more comfortable occassional bed.

The knee support appears to be just what I need for recovery from upcoming surgery. Ordering was simple and delivery very speedy.

Still waiting on the company to resolve this issue for me 10 days later. It is actually appalling to me how unprofessional they are.
