Shipping was fast, phone came in excelle condition indeed (though that's more of the seller's responsibility). However in my experience customer support could be a little faster since they always took about 5 hours to reply. In addition, I kept on asking about wether or not the import fees (to get the phone across from the united kingdom to Greece) were covered, and I never got a clear answer since they kept saying "the shipping cost is covered" but nothing about the fees. After all, they ended up being covered and I didn't pay a single extra dime aside from what I was initially charged so huge kudos to that!

I bought a Mac book air 2017 8gb ram 128gb ssd.I ordered it in very good condition and I received it in excellent condition.I placed my order on Monday 25th of November and I received on 27th.The package was wrapped in a perfect way.It would be impossible to be destroyed.The battery is 100% and may be in use for approximately 5-6 hours which is something amazing for a 2017 model.I recommend backmarket definitely.

They cancel my order on 11/26/24 and since today 12/4/24 they haven't return my money (219 EUROS). Never again from them and if you want to keep your money safe neither do you

I ordered the product on Friday at around 21:00, their ETA was Wednesday but the product arrived on Tuesday at 14:00. The device itself is in excellent condition, as indicated by the condition selected, there are no visible scratch marks anywhere and the device is fully operational. Battery health is at 93% according to the iPadOS Analytics.

Items arrived quickly, in great condition and well packaged. All items ordered worked perfectly. This was my second order within a few days, and I have been very satisfied so far.

Phone came with scratces in the round of back camera. also, after two months of use, face id worked 50% of the quality it had to. After reseting it, trying to solve the problem, now i can't set it up again.

AVOID BACKMARKET

They are selling a “Very good condition” used speakers, at (nearly) the same price as you can buy new in Greece.

JBL control one 172€ on their site.
Same product cost 179€, new.

Also the “good” and “mint” conditions are “sold out”. Same for other speakers I saw in their site.

I am suspicious.
