Όλα ήταν όπως τα περίγραφε το site το τηλέφωνο ήτανε σε άψογη κατάσταση η εξυπηρέτηση τέλεια και όλα καταπληκτικά.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Ordered a used iphone on 2 june, and supposedly it would be delivered by 6 june. The status of the order is still "preparing" and its 8 june. Tried to contact customer support, and besides a generic answer to my fisrt message saying that they would tell the merchant to ship the item ASAP, no other response whatsoever.

Tried to cancel the order and get a refund, but the refund will only happen after the merchant received the item back, which cannot happen because they have never shipped it in the first place.

Besides general appearance online, that they are legit, they seem to be a scam but definitely their customer support sucks.

This would have never happened on Ebay. The moment the item is not delivered on time, you get a refund, no questions asked.

Dont the fooled by their low prices, order something from a respected platform, that would never let you "hanging".

First and last time that i tried to purchase a product from BackMarket! Yesterday i was searching for a cell phone and i found a great deal so i bought two of them. Today without any contact and reason they canceled both of my orders and issued a refund. I immediately did send a mail asking for reasons that they acted this way and their "cheap" reaction was that the seller did find out that both phones do not meet the requirements or something else so they canceled the deal. They also offered me a "cheap" 5% off on my next purchase. Very unprofessional attitude and i will never shop from BackMarket!!!

The delivered product was delivered as expected ( in a perfect condition and fully functional ) and within less than two days.

ειμαι πολυ απογοητευμενος με αυτη την αγορα μου...Ημουν γεματος ενθουσιασμο για το νεο μου ipad και αφου το ανοιξα και ξεκινησα την διαδικασια της ρυθμισης, εκλεισε η οθονη. Βασανιστηκα πολυ για να καταλαβω αν φταιω εγω ή το μηχανημα. Μετα απο ωρες προσπαθειων και αναζητησεων στο google, κατεληξα πως το μηχανημα που μου στειλατε ειναι χαλασμενο. Ειναι η πρωτη φορα που τολμω να αγορασω ανακατασκευασμενο προιον γιατι ημουν επιφυλακτικος απο οσα ακουγα...Δυστυχως επιβεβαιωθηκαν οι φοβοι μου. Ελπιζω πως αυτο που θα μου στελετε ως αντικατασταση να πληρεί τις υποσχεσεις σας!!!

Εξαιρετικό site, τα προϊόντα ήρθαν στην ώρα τους, σε κατάσταση όπως περιγραφόταν. Υπήρξε διαρκής ενημέρωση για όλα τα στάδια παραγγελίας.
