Ordered a backpack, which, when arrived, was faulty. They said they would look into it and follow-up with an update from the supplier.
Nearly three months ( and counting ) they still have not got back to me with an update from the supplier. I've asked for a refund yet this has fallen on deaf ears.

Firstly, I tried to cancel the order before you had dispatched the product (which the refund policy states is ok,) and they didn't process this.

Then they have sent the wrong product to me as per the attached photos. I paid for a different product which you have not sent.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Worst, most misleading company I have ever come across. Tried to cancel shortly after ordering - they wouldn't let me, even though on the website it says you can. Took ages to arrive and when it finally did the Bag was advertised as leather - it was fabric. Tried to return but you have to pay shipping costs - which is fine if it's £2.99 but this was $40!!! more than the bag is worth. Total and utter scam of a business. Would have given it 0 stars if I could.

Slow delivery and I was sent the wrong item. Very poor response from Customer Support. I have wasted a lot of time trying to get them to send me the correct item, but have now lost heart. I would advise avoiding this company altogether.

I placed a order for a bag but mistakenly ordered 2 instead of 1, I contacted them within 10min of placing the order they replied stating they could not change the order even tho it was not dispatched until days after order placed.
At this stage I was under the impression they were a Uk company
It’s not worth returning the item costs are around 45 Australian dollars.
They offered 20% refund if I kept the item

Dreadful service. Still waiting for my bags that I ordered about 2 weeks ago. When I enquired, I just received the stock answer, your bag is in transit, be patient. Nothing else. Will NOT use this company ever again, I wish that I had read the various reviews beforehand.

I purchased a backpack as a Christmas gift specifically because it was advertised as having clips to attach it to a bicycle. The product page clearly showed this feature in both the description and photos.

When the bag arrived, it did not have the bike attachment clips at all. I contacted the seller and was offered only a 20% partial refund, despite the item being mis-described.

I was then told I would need to return the item at my own cost for a refund, only to discover the return address is outside the UK, with return shipping costing around £30-£40.

As a result, I had no realistic option but to accept the 20% refund and keep an item that was not as advertised.

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise other buyers to check return locations and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

I waited almost a month for delivery. Within two days of normal use, the bag fell apart ‐ stitching failed and it became unusable. This is clearly a manufacturing fault, and I have photos to prove it. I contacted customer service promptly. What followed were weeks of delays, contradictory responses, and constant reliance on internal policies rather than addressing the defective product. I was offered 20%, then 30% to keep a faulty unusable product (even though I asked for 80% as I felt it was only fair to me) or told I could receive a full refund only of I paid international return shipping that costs more than the product itself. This return address was somewhere in China by the way.

Despite escalating the issue and explaining that the delays were caused by their own review process, they refused to take responsibility. The focus was always on policy loopholes, not customer fairness or product quality.

Thus has been an exhausting and frustrating experience. I would strongly caution anyone- especially UK or EU customers- to think twice before ordering. If something goes wrong, do not expect a reasonable or proportionate resolution.

Photos will show the bag after just two days of use.

Truly awful company and I’m not convinced they are even legitimate. Ordered a bag from them before Christmas, as a Christmas present. It has still not arrived over a month later and is perpetually showing as in transit. Their customer service provides no support whatsoever, just advising continually that it is in transit and telling you to be patient. If you ask specific questions you are ignored. Don’t believe their customer services is even a human. I’ve asked for a refund and this was ignored too. I’ve asked to escalate to the owner - this was ignored. They have taken my money and not fulfilled their contract. It is illegal. They are complete scammers. Don’t be fooled and DO NOT under any circumstances buy anything from them. Their claims of Fast UK delivery are completely dishonest and misleading. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a bag because I needed it for travelling, Its good looking but I felt it little comfortable while carrying it for the long walks

Very slow delivery as they probably travel from china as when I wanted to return the item that was the address to send back to at a whopping cost of £42

Misleading advertising suggesting 'fast UK delivery'. Actually sent from China about a week after order so received over two weeks later, too late for the occasion it was ordered for. Company refused to cancel order despite delay in dispatch and requested that I was patient and waited.

The bag itself is ok, although smaller than expected.

Wouldn't use company again due to the misleading advertising. Disappointing.

The bag I ordered has never arrived despite two emails. This is completely unacceptable to take money and not deliver. Untrustworthy.....do not order from this company

I’ve used my backpack on three trips so far, and it still looks like new. Truly durable

States "Fast" delivery but what they dont tell you is everything is coming from china on a donkey so you will have to wait 9 months for delivery.
Still waiting after 2 weeks of ordering and no updates or legit tracking.
Email them to receive reply from a bot with generic answer.
AVOID!!!!
