Customer service is excellent. I was able to speak directly to the owner to get questions answered. Emails were responded to the same day and if I left a phone message they returned my call within an hour.

Great info with a few main products. Not too confusing like some other firms.

They explained how the Series 3’s medium feel (around 5/10 firmness) and targeted support zones could cushion my shoulders during side sleeping while supporting my spine when on my back, directly tackling the soreness I’d been experiencing. I have purchased a series 2 mattress. experienced has been good so far. Was able to get the mattress at a discounted price due to their spring break sale. I am currently having lower back pain/stiffness. I will update once I have used it for some time

What a pleasant experience, trying out and buying a bed. Lets start with the place itself, HUGE. Their inventory is immense. Salesperson, Luna, totally knowledgeable, pleasant, and not PUSHY!! Was so patient. And finally Dr. Rick, a true gentleman. Bent over backwards to insure we were happy with whatever we decided on. Didn't upsell. Only interested in insuring we bought the best mattress for our body and sleep types. Measured our alignment with each individual mattress. Spent hours with us, helping to design something that worked with our individual needs. Finally the price, incredibly fair. Included pillows, and mattress covers. We also bought a split king adjustable bed frame for a great deal. All in all, a 5 star experience. I'd recommend this place to anyone, including my mother!

I want to thank the staff at Ultrabed for helping with the difficult task of finding the perfect bed. We shopped for beds for about a month going from one store to another only to return to Ultrabed and purchasing the back science bed. The staff were patient and also there to give us guidance with no pressure to buy. We are sleeping well and no longer arising with morning back pain. We thank you.

My husband and I have been having back problems/ constant pain, so we wanted to look for a new mattress at a location with several different options. The people at this location were the absolute best! They took time (hours) to go through every option with us and they really got to know us and what we needed. No rush, no pressure, just friendly, helpful and informative people. We were impressed by the variety of options offered and how knowledgeable everyone was!

Haven't used this mattress much but it's sturdy and comfortable. My back feels better after using it.

Great mattress. Its comfortable, and no back pain in the morning! The other nice feature of this mattress is the warranty. They will come to your home and readjust or add more foam for better comfort. You can't beat that. So glad we bought the Back Science Mattress.

After my first night on my Back Science mattress I realized it was a bit too firm for me. They came to my house the very next day and switched out inner layers of the mattress. Now its perfect for me.

I have had Tempurpedics for 25+ years and this mattress from Back Science blows them away.
They use all the best materials available.
I am a Back Science customer forever and have not stopped bragging on how they make a far superior product. Their adjustable bases are best I have ever owned.
