Excellent service as usual
Excellent service as usual. Been a client of theirs from the start and I have to say this is one of the best suppliers I have had to work with. Support orientated there is nothing they won't do to help. Recently had a disk array fail losing all data and we are back up and running a day later

Excellent company and excellent people
We've been working with BackupSystems for around 10 years now and they have been one of the best companies I've ever worked with. The speed of response when we have a question, no matter what time of day or night, is always within a few minutes and they often contact us to let us know that there was an issue but they have dealt with it before we aware of it. When they say managed service they really mean it!
We run a multi-site environment and utilise external services such as the Office 365 platform which is all seamlessly backed up on a daily basis as part of the service.
I can't recommend the service enough to people who are looking to get a solution in place that gives peace of mind for their onsite and cloud backups.

Backup systems are a pleasure to deal with. Of all our vendors, the support team have to be at the top. Your estate will be monitored intently, any issues will be raised to you immediately. They are quick and easy to reach when you do need support. Very friendly, I would highly recommend them. It is one less thing to worry about.
