I wish I had checked this site before ordering
Bad Boy may have competitive prices but their customer service is getting one star only because there is not an option to give non
Buyer beware - customer service is not a priority for this company
As a senior citizen it is even more frustrating
Confirmed delivery of 4 appliances and hired my contractor to come on scheduled date for hookup of dishwasher and fridge (water and ice)
Confirmed delivery 3 times per their automated messages
No delivery so that is another cost to me for the contractor
Manager made a number of apologies for the delays blaming staff and Toronto and stated if she could get the appliances she would send them immediately
Confirmed delivery again for my fridge
A day later I confirmed delivery for the fridge, stove and microwave (now no dishwasher)
Called the store to indicate my fridge was already coming
Store indicated it was not and would come the following day with two other appliances
Stayed home and low and behold my fridge arrived from Toronto - delivery service excellent and call confirming eta
The next day a damaged stove, microwave and fridge arrived from the Kingston store - last delivery of the day and delivery crew who will not darken my door again
Did not realize the stove was damaged or would not have let them remove my existing stove
Did not take the fridge as one had come the day before
Appliances ordered in May with delivery in July - I indicated the first week of August was fine as I would be away in July and that would give them time to ensure all appliances would be here
At time of purchase delivery was discussed as it was imperative the appliances be here the first week of August or I would look elsewhere
After 2 calls today the store indicated my fridge would be here in the fall -seriously - I already have a fridge and sent a second one back - what I need is my stove and dishwasher
So I am still waiting for 2 appliances and a call from Head Office
This has been a total nightmare that I would not wish on anyone

Bad as its name. Terrible customer service. Terrible management. Everything terrible as it seemed. Its more than a month since we bought the stove. We were promised it will be delivered the week after. We followed up the 2nd week and was told it would arrive in the warehouse Monday so we can expect it Wednesday. Nothing! We called twice and everytime they said they would call back nobody did. We finally went to the store when it was one month from the date we bought it and talked with the manager who convinced us after talking to somebody on the phone that the item was already there ( or was he just faking it and trying to fool us?) He promised to call Sunday...then Monday came. NO CALL! We decided to call to talk to him. It took so long for the lady to go back on the phone and didn't even told us where was the manager. He didn't want to answer and talk with us. What kind of manager is he? They are all liars! People should not buy from this store!!

Disgusting , disgraceful, dishonest…..wouldn’t allow my pet dog in the Finch and Keele store. They are a bunch of liars…..don’t be fooled by their fake kindness.
Mel Lastman is probably turning in his grave at how poorly that store is run…..one bad apple ruined it for all. Never again

Placed an order for a stove December 2021. Still don’t have the stove . They said it would be here in January. Now we are end of July . Worst customer service to deal with . Keeps saying it’s on the warehouse…. Funny how it’s almost 7 months for a stove that they claimed was in stock and in the warehouse. They never respond to emails . Last time I do business with this company . ‘ nobody does better’ more like nobody does nothing …..Oct 07 2022 Update still no stove. Trying to cancel my order and no response through email . Management was suppose to call . This place does not care about customer service one bit . Be aware

NEVER buy anything here. I bought a very specific (I did a ton of research for "the one" above the range oven that would work in my small space). They called me after I ordered and said that they didn't have it but would find me "something similar". When I inisited it must be this exact model, they said it was just back ordered and would be in by the end of the month. 2.5 months and MANY long wait on hold phone calls later....they finally authorized a refund and I ordered for somewhere else. 2 months after this, I realized I did not see the refund (its 700 dollars) and called. Not only had they NOT done it but they tried to tell my that it was now in a warehouse after MONTHs of no contact and THREE people telling me my refund was input and would be on my card in 4-6 weeks. Looks like a real big box company but it is a SCAM. BEWARE!!!!

Dumped the stuff and left. I was left to deal with major packaging etc. said they don’t remove any of the boxing. Their competitors took away packaging and set things up, no problem. Oddly no follow up email asking how the delivery service went. I got one from Leon’s and The Brick. I guess they know they won’t get favourable responses. The delivery service is very important. For this reason I will not shop there again.

I ordered 2 couches on June 1st. I called back 2 weeks later since the status of the order was stuck at "processing", and was told they were unable to get my items.

We agreed I would get a refund.

It has been more than 4 weeks now and I am still yet to receive my refund. Every week I call, I am told the same story "The process for refund has been initiated and is pending management approval" and there is nothing that can be done but to wait a couple of days. Days have turned to weeks, now 1 month.

I am still waiting to receive my refund at the time of the review.

Very bad service , only good at selling when it comes to delivery nightmare.will never spend my penny there anymore

Just as the name Badboy, 0 star delivery service, I ordered a stove month ago, and got call said my stove was in them warehouse and would delivery last Saturday, I canceled my other appointments just waited the delivery, but nothing, called them again today, It said couldn’t guarantee my delivery time, should be end of this week. I’m sooooo disappointed with this company, please stay away from Badboy for everything…….. I gonna ask dispute from my credit card, it’s a scam.

I paid $30 each for Old Appliance Removal (Full Removal), but your delivery refused to remove the appliance. Please REFUND ASAP.

Worst customer service, never issued any refund for the item I canceled from the order.

The rudest customer service I have EVER experienced! I ordered a washing machine that was supposedly in stock and available to be delivered within a few days. I got a call back three days later to say it will be TWO WEEKS! I told the “agent” to cancel the order as I was supposed to get it much sooner and can’t be that long without a washing machine. She was rude and basically said it was my problem. Then she said that I had an attitude. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

One star is far too generous bad boy is really bad. I ordered a fridge in May 2022 and they told me they don't have the fridge in stock. I requested my money back and every time they told me it will take 7 business days. No matter how many emails you send but they never reply. Nor you can talk to any reasonable person over the phone. It took me over a month to get my refund as I reach out to one of their directors. Stay away from this company its a scam. They keep your money for as long as they can.

One star is far too generous fir lastmans bad boy. I ordered a fridge in Feb 2022 and am being told now that I will not get it until november. I've been trying to get my money back but no one will return my calls .

I want to take the time to personally thank Mr. Prasad for his advice and help. He went above and beyond to help us pick out the right furniture for our home. I would recommend Mr.Prasad for all your Badboy purchases. Customer service was amazing.

Bought a couch in April, one week later springs went innocent coushion, cushions don't come off I have emailed 21 times called 4, times and nothing. Never again will I buy from badboy. I am buying a new bed set and business will be given to leons !!!! No-one is replying to my complaint and inpaid 800 for this couch. Terrible service

I bought a bed online on Aug 2021 and still not delivered as of Jun 2022. I cancelled my order twice because they did not process refund. It takes almost one hour to talk to customer service. keep waiting and waiting while listening to unattractive music.
I am sick and tire of their lies. I just cancelled my order third time. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STORE. I am 100% sure they don't care about these complaints at all.

I purchased a sofa on Apr 23rd but still not received from them, I have spent lots of energy by calling them or mailing them no one is responsible for giving information on when they do the shipping. I have Visited Store in person multiple times and they are not responsible as I purchased it though Online. I have got two small kids and no one care and don't care about the shipment. I am an eCommerce Web developer and facing the worst ever service with this company. It's like a fraud service, Kindly don't ever buy any products through online

They choose right name for them. They are not Bad Boy they are Baddest Boy or Worse boy. Never pick up the call and haven’t delivered my order yet and it’s been 1.5 months. Never going to order anything again and highly recommend everyone to be careful when ordering with them.

we order dining room from bad boys,it's arrived to me broken we ask to change it or return money, after one month they do change it with so many calls we did for the main office, but again it's arrived damaged, not polish at all, and we still fight with them to return money. Nothing helps the furniture stays at my home in boxes, do not buy furniture from Bad Boys lastman
