Generalnie portale randkowe to tylko wyciąganie pieniędzy,ale Badoo osiąga szczyty. Nawet posiadanie konta premium,nie daje prawie nic ,i za wszystko trzeba płacić dodatkowo. Innym tematem jest nasza widiczność dla innych użytkowników. Nawet jeśli zapłacę kredytami za widoczność,profil odwiedzany jest przez użytkowników nieszkających bardzo daleko.Z ludzi z okolicy nie zajrzy dosłownie nikt.Nie pomaga nawet polubienie profilu.I tutaj taka ciekawa sprawa.Może nie znam kobiet,ale trudno uwierzyć,że nawet z czystej ciekawości kobieta nie sprawdzi,kto ją polubił.Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

I hope Trustpilot allows me to post a 2nd comment as I feel it’s the only way I will maybe get a response from Badoo.

I was previously advised on here by Badoo to contact @Badoohelp but that was maybe twitter which I don’t have so I used the Badoo feedback form and uploaded a screenshot of our conversation on here along with my name and email address on my Badoo account.

It’s now 14 days with no reply and still no answers to my previous questions which included, who do I contact internally and externally if I’m not happy about their lack of service and no replies. I also asked for a deadlock letter in my emails but again no answer or email reply.

I’ve paid hundreds of pounds to badoo for lifetime premium and they’ve totally failed me and when I try to log in I now get the following message which is actually quite horrific as they are now just making things up to try justify the ban:

“We’ve had several reports that you have been using Badoo to spread hate speech, and therefore your account has been blocked. Doesn’t sound right? Please contact us.”.

This is a shocking accusation and this is the customer service who gave me a yellow card out the blue with no foundations and I’m now convinced the complaint was from a fake account. Instead of looking into my complaint proper they have double downed all to protect a poor customer service advisor and slandered a good customer into the bargain.

As said previously, I had no further messages or interactions with any other users and then Badoo gave me a red card which meant I was permanently blocked.

I have never said anything rude, offensive or hateful within any of my interactions and the real reason for the red card and ban was because I had the audacity to question the original yellow card in an email as I knew I had done nothing wrong.

The following is my email and as anyone can see there is nothing hateful or extreme in the content as I was just looking for proper answers:

“Hi ****, I find your investigation is without merit and the so called complainants are vexatious because any proper and true investigation would highlight the actual words leading to the complaint or so called complaints (plural) which you haven’t done as surely I’m entitled to know what I’m actually being accused of?

Your reply just seems to be a standard cut and paste which is really disappointing. 

There was a recent interaction with someone called ***** which was bizarre as this person kept prompting a reply and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was this person’s strange behaviour”.

It’s really sad that this company has been successful and forget it is the subscribers who made it a success but now their customer service can just block at will with no reasons or actual replies.

The blocking with no real reason seems to be a common practice when you look over other reviews.

Badoo UK seems to have a scoring on Trustpilot of 1.6 out of 5 stars and most companies would worry about the above rating and their reputation but Badoo UK just don’t seem to care.

They get your money, block you, then don’t reply.

If a customer service advisor replies on here please do another investigation into my account.

As I’m not convinced anyone will get back to me so publicly can I ask that you answer the following:

1. Who do I contact externally for making a complaint against badoo UK?
2. Can you also send me a deadlock letter?

Ich habe die Prämium für einen Monat bezahlt, aber die Zahlung der Prämium reicht nicht aus, um jemanden zu kontaktieren weil dies ein Trick ist , sie wollen ,dass man Punkte kauft . Ich habe den Vertrag gekuendigt und die Transaktion in weniger als 20 Minuten nach der Zahlung storniert, aber sie haben mein Geld behalten, qualifiziert sich dies nicht als Betrug ?

Below contempt, badoo are shocking, I signed up and every day I logged on I was charged 9.99, after getting my bank statements and seeing what they did I put an immediate block on any debits from the shysters, and my bank gave me my money back, they are disgusting, badoo ...? Bad they are..

Voiced an opinion an got banned, they’ll ban you for a bullsh*** reason but when you complain about something they don’t do jack about it.

I have been using this dating site for about a month it seemed okay but it is full of fake accounts and profiles. Beware they are SCAMMERS I purchased badoo premium yesterday and a few hours later they blocked and deleted my account account for no reason it is a absolutely ridiculous and absolute scam.They state you get all features for the set price of premium but that is not the case you still have to purchase credits for other features then they just F you over once you purchase the premium they instantly block and delete your account. Please avoid please AVOID badoo if you use badoo do not make any purchases they are scammers and thieves they will just take your money and block you it is absolutely horrendous and ridiculous behaviour from there side.

Many many moons ago. Hot or Not was an amazing site. Lots of fun & well moderated. I should know i once modded for them.

later in 2012. Okay its changed but you still get super powers at good value and the site worked. Some fake profiles and bots but nothing mad.

2021. This site is pure garbage! Every other account is fake. Filled with bots. Fake accounts. Even found my old profile active although i deleted it eight years ago! Still using all my pics ect ect.

If this company is based in the U.K Trading standards need to nuke them from orbit. More so for the other poor reviews ive read here.

Wan't proof its a scam? make a new account. You will get loads of intrest. if you match its a bot. So go to delete your account. and take the 3 days prem for free to see what a masterpiece it really is.

This is a totally crap and frustrating website. When you finally match with someone you like and get your hopes up, the person either disappears or deletes their profile! Loads of weird and hideous looking men on here that would befit a bar in Star Wars. A total let down and waste of time!

Took 40 pounds first time for first time was giving me 2 items featured at 9.99 and I took 4 .instantly ..and did it again for second time gives me half of what I took at 9.99 for 4 times

This company is nothing but a con with absoutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I am not a stupid person and when requesting a quite simple refund. Despite providing all the information required and more on more than 3 occassions( I have had refunds from other companies with much less information!!) I have recieved nothing more than automated responses asking for the same information all over again. Clearly they just want me to give up and forget about it, I won't firstly as they continue to take money out for a service i will not nor ever intend to use. Really they should be struck off for such shocking disregard for my security and finances.

Mein Profil wurde auch gesperrt nach Anmeldung und Bezahlen des Abos. Der Hinweis war wegen einer Richtlinien Uebertretung. Ein Nachfragen welche Richtung übertreten wurde bringt absolut nichts da immer mit Standard Antworten geantwortet wird. Eine parallel gefragte Anfrage auf Löschung der gesamten Daten nach DSVGO UK wird auch mit Standard antworten beantwortet. Meiner Meinung wird der Laden bald einer Überprüfung seiner Business Tätigkeiten erfahren. Lieber Support mein Profil ist Self Man. Erspart euch eure Standard Antwort hier die Richtlinien wurden überschritten und das mehrere Moderatoren das Profil überprüft haben, euch glaubt bald keiner mehr! I paid for subscription and got blocked after a guy I spoke to before sent me dick pics on whattsap. I told him I wasn't interested in sex so he blocked me on whattsap. Then he liked me again on badoo. I replied with you already blocked me on whattsap after I refused to talk about sex you tw*t. I got blocked. No warning, no questions nothing. Disgusting. Also a lot of their profiles are fake. Before I paid for it I had a lot of great good looking profiles contact me. Afterwards they were awful. I will do a charge back to get my money back. How dare you block me for calling a perverted sex pest a tw*t? And how dare you block me after I paid a subscription and wasn't even allowed to defend myself and i cannot contact you to explain what happened. The worst customer service ever. Avoid and use pof instead! Also sinxe instaing the app my phone kept on freezing!!! Strongly suggest those people who got blocked to get s refund or do a charge back. They use fake profiles so deserve it.

Badoo is a horribly fraudulent money grab and should be put out of business!

What was once a good decent app it had ads etc but messaging to anyone was free and it was cool ..now it's very shadey it will Rob your money if you have details on it it also has increased its price of coins over and over again and now pretends to always have deals on and currently £10 pound will let you start a message with 2 people lol this has been destroyed by greed of new investors trying to capitalise on the large membership it grew in its early years ... 1 star is too much for Badoo, you should be allowed to rate it the 0 stars it deserves. Read their privacy policy before you even think about signing up, what they can get away with is disgraceful, they should have to highlight their privacy policy in clear easy to see writing before tricking people to sign up. Badoo is an awful app and an awful company, do not make the mistake that I did and read their privacy policy and then go to another dating app that doesn't exploit their users information for revenue.

AWFUL APP
As other people have said it is a scam to exploit daters. Lots of fake profiles and they make you pay to see the fakes. Customer service is shocking. Do not trust this company with your bank details or any other details.

I checked out badoo a while ago before I was aware of scams and before I started to expose them.

The website/app gives you a free 2 week trail for certain premium features and nothing special happens during this time besides all the fake profiles generated by badoo themselves.
Sometimes I got a notification that someone is interested but when I opened the app there was nothing.

I knew that something is of when I started to see certain profiles using nude pictures of porn sited (of course only the pics where the woman are fully closed)

As example: once I’ve seen a picture of Mia Collins on badoo.

I skipped all the fake profiles and tried to communicate with a few woman during the 2 weeks trail but no answer whatsoever.

After the trail expired I started to getting notifications that a few woman are interested in me an like to talk to me but when I opened the app it prompted me to pay for premium to unlock the profiles. Of course I didn’t payed a dime so I tried something different, I deleted my profile and created a new one, again, free trail and the same thing happened.
I repeated this 3 times and it was always the same, fake notifications which disappeared as soon as I opened the app and after the trail expired badoo wanted money to unlock the profiles.

The conclusion: Badoo is obviously a scam like Lovoo which is most likely owned by the same Scam Company.

Badoo seem to take your subscription money and then dont activate your premium status. If you query the matter, they tell you that the payment failed and to contact your bank. Bare in mind 1 out of 2 subscription attempts failed, may be get someone who is aware of their accounts to check. May be a transaction number. Stay away, they are terrible. Tinder is way better.
