Organisation a collection of donations
Booking a collection was straightforward, as was keeping in touch with the office on day of collection.
All the staff were polite, friendly and the driver arrived as scheduled.
I was able to choose the charity I wished to donate to.
Overall a positive experience, and I would definitely use them again, and I recommend them to others.

Booked on line they collected the day I booked and no issues all bags collected. Easy process would have been nice to receive a thank you card through the door but understand probably lots to deal with each day. Will use again.

Very happy with the ease of of the web page. Easy to book. Nathan was very polite and knowledgeable. Didn't see until later about the tags so I can only hope that the charity of my choice gets the items (2 very large and heavy shopping bags and 1 large suitcase full of clothes. Do not worry about what to do with your unwanted books any more - we have a solution
So easy to arrange. What a wonderful, seamless way to recycle all the books we had accumulated. I was really impressed when the smiling young friendly, polite and really helpful guy turned up to collect - at the time I was told… knowing my books will go to good homes was the cherry on top.
