I was lured in by a deep discount, but this company is a total scam based in Germany despite the .co.uk website. They provided a shipping address via email, I sent the return package there with correct customs docs (proof from post office + took photos of the parcel), yet they REFUSE to collect it, claiming "issues" beyond their control. Now they're stonewalling my full refund. I'm taking my evidence to the bank for a chargeback – DO NOT BUY HERE! Total fraudsters preying on discounts. Save your money and steer clear!

Incredibly poor. German based company who provide no updates or delivery status. 9 days after ordering no delivery or reply from customer service.

Ordered 2 large Thule travel bags on one order.
Apparently being delivered in as 2 separate packages according to DHL. Both items tracked with identical timing on DHL tracker.
The first package turned out to be a Calvin Klein shoulder bag (???) and the second never turned up. Whether that was Bags.co.uk's fault or DHL's is not obvious. Either way I have wasted hours of my life trying to get through to DHL (don't get me started) and bags.co.uk. They may be cheap, but there is a reason, so please don't. you have been warned!

AVOID like North Korea!!! North Face bag was lost in transit, no update from DHL. Thank God I paid by credit card as I had to report. Wish I had read the reviews....scammers!
If you are buying The North Face products, just go to them. They are great....

I ordered without reading reviews as they had the best price on bag I wanted. Was really worried when didn't arrive in a couple of days when I did read all the bad reviews on here.

It's true that represent themselves as a UK company with 3-4 days shipping that they cannot deliver upon but I don't think they are a scam company - their german company (koffer.com) gets very good reviews. They are suffering on here due to misleading people.

My bag was ordered on 31st Jan and arrived on 9th Jan. They responded to enquires within 24 hours. Spent a while clearing customs then delivered promptly by DHL. Bag is exactly as expected.

Not based in the uk despite the name, item arriving late, which means it won't arrive for my holiday.

reurns need to be sent back to Germany which im sure would cot a small fortune.

Ordered two bags without realising they are not based in UK but Germany totalling £841. I have returned both to the address provided by them for returns but they refuse to pick up the parcels. I have contacted them but they fob you off. Currently having to process claim through small claims courts. Please if your having difficulties in obtaining refunds, as they target UK consumers under UK web address, seek advice with card company and claims courts. PayPal are useless in these sorts of issues so don’t pay with PayPal. This website should be shutdown

Immediately after ordering I realised despite the .co.uk address that the company was in Germany. I immediately phoned the company to cancel the order, no answer. I then replied to their confirmation e-mail using their cancellation form to cancel the order. All this was done within 10 minutes of ordering yet 36 hours later they advised they had processed it and it was too late. After reading these reviews I was worried I would not get what I ordered, have to pay VAT and Customs duties or have to return it to Germany at my own expense. Much to my surprise it arrived one week later exactly as ordered. I would still never use them again as you simply can't realistically deal with them for any after sales assistance in Germany. Very disingenuous to have a .co.uk and be shipping from Germany. From the other reviews I think I'm in the minority but this time it was OK. Be aware!

Was wrongly detailed on the website to be hard shelled suitcase and turns out it wasent when arrived. When sending back they take no responsibility for the return and you have to pay for it.

Poor company - please avoid at all costs!

Terrible service, handbag arrived late, unable to track, zero notification regarding the issues. Tried to contact them, but it's impossible. And don't even think about returning the product because it just won't happen. I personally thought the bag did not look real, when compared to the similar I purchased at Selfridges.

Guys don't order from here, they sent me a £10 made in China jacket that was like wearing black toilet paper instead of the £75 jacket i paid for and after sending 20 emails zero response plus took 4 weeks to arrive. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

Buy in haste and repent at leisure. Not a legitimate company IMO. Ordered a messenger bag, which took nearly two weeks to arrive. When it did it looked like a badly treated return and was smaller than advertised.

Contacted them to return and that's when the problems started. Ignored emails and then gave me obscure instructions on how to return the bag.

£15 to return the bag to Germay and then they stated they wouldn't accept it as I hadn't filled in the custom declaration forms at the Post Office. This was a lie and I told them I had evidence to prove it.

Thank god I used my credit card to purchase, as they have refunded me the cost of the bag minus the postage. One of the worst online purchases if not the worst I have made.

The bag I received was a smaller size than ordered. A strap adjuster was missing, with the strap tied in a knot. Clearly I was sent a damaged bag which was likely a used return. I phoned customer services but could only listen to a German message. I have sent numerous e-mails with photos, but have received no response. I would not recommend this company.

Do not seem to be able to ship product to the UK (my order, like so many others, was "stuck in customs") which is just incredibly incompetent for an organisation running a .co.uk website.
Response time to requests for information very poor and then the responses don't actually contain any information (my order will be sent "shortly", but they will not say what that means.
Request for refund after total failure to deliver has been utterly ignored.
Avoid this website at all costs!

Fraudulent website. Purchased a suitcase set. Courier said delivered. Contacted them. Useless and repetitive generic answers. Would not use again and would by from a trsuted source

I ordered a bag which I then wanted to return. They told me I'd have to pay the customs fees (not based in UK) which I did and now the bag has come back to me with a label saying 'non reclame' just like another reviewer said.
I have reached out to them and they just say get in touch with the shipping company.
Honestly the fact they're not a UK company means the name is misleading which in retrospect should have been a red flag.

When I realized that I had received the wrong size before the product even arrived, I wanted to cancel it. The seller told me, “It’s been shipped, just return it when it arrives with the delivery man and we’ll refund you once we receive it.” However, the courier did take the product back, but the seller claims they never got it and insists it’s in my possession. I’ve been dealing with this for over four months now, trying to confirm the delivery status with the seller, but they haven’t been helpful at all. They say the product never came back, they say there’s nothing they can do, and the refund won’t be issued because they want a return receipt, which I don’t have since I never returned it myself.
I definitely do not recommend shopping here.

Order paid for almost four weeks ago has not been completed. After complaining, 11 days ago got a message that it got stuck at the customs and will be delivered soon. Still no package, and no update. Simple. Overall a very poor experience and total waste of time. I should have read the reviews before ordering anything from those guys.

This company is based in Germany NOT the UK. They mislead everyone by calling themselves Bags.co.uk ! GERMANY!
I was expecting my suitcase within 5 days but no no it’s of course stuck in customs ?!? Rubbish I’ve no doubt. I’m being robbed off. I will report this company and I suggest people do not use it .
