Great customers service! My refund was approved and i'm waiting for tha monay.

My email was answered in a timely manor, and cancelation was promptly made.

I’m not sure how I ended up at your site I was trying to purchase a dog kennel some how I was charged a membership fee and a cost marked as merchandise but I didn’t order anything from you I’m still waiting for my refund

I was charged 3 times! It caught me off guard. They were however very helpful in getting the situation resolved! So overall it was a good experience they have good customer service!

I placed an order for a physical item but instead received "promotion credits." The company was supposed to be located in Delaware USA but the credits were in £s. The storefront/website doesn't carry the item I ordered (but was available for purchase). The item in question was greenhouse parts - they carry handbags. I'm not even sure how this occurred because it appeared I was ordering from TSC and only AFTER purchase did it state "will show on bank statement as bagvire.com." The whole situation was very strange. Their customer service rep Jamal states he has canceled the account (I received a cancelation email) and he states that my payment will be refunded. If it goes through then that's wonderful. I cannot complain about Jamal at all. He was prompt and courteous. I will have to wait and see if the charge goes away.

I gave the rate strictly because of person politeness and helping. This was a fraud charges. Before today I never knew you existed.

I didn’t know I was signing up for this I was trying to buy something else and then it showed I had a subscription to this but the cancellation process was fast and easy

This company scams people- and there is no way to cancel anything on your own. I keep getting mysterious, fraudulent charges. I have a finance attorney in the family and they have found at least 4 different illegal activities this group is doing.

Overall, my experience with Bagvire has been poor. Initial charge when I didn’t sign up for site to begin with and then again after I canceled. I do appreciate the escalation team compensating for charges, however I find it absolutely ridiculous that I have to write a review to receive said compensation.
