Fast and easy delivery

My cuff will not stay on my ear.

Wonderful product (and idea) that has helped my daughter to navigate getting used to her recent BAHA implants.

When I had a BAHA fitted 10 years ago, I assumed I would no longer be able to wear hats again. These hats are inspired, but such a simple idea. Service is very fast indeed. I now need to get some of my other favourite hats that have been sitting redundant. The safety lines are also east to fit and effective. I do a lot of gardening and the line has stopped me worrying about losing my BAHA in the garden.

I bought these bands for my 4 year old to encourage her to wear her BAHA more. The bright designs and variety are great and she loves being able to choose each day which band she wants to wear. The bands adjust easily and are comfy. Just don't assume your current BAHA connector will fit. We had to place an additional order for a button for the bands after realising ours is the wrong shape for these bands.
It would be nice to see some satin or velvet style bands for special occasions.

I love this headband. The sound quality of my AdHear when using a headband is vastly improved. The comfort and ease of use were better than expected.

Having spent a long weekend at a music festival wearing it, I was pleased with how securely it fastened my hearing aid, and also received some compliments on how it looked. Customer service was excellent too. Will definitely buy more in future.

I was hoping the hat would have an actual attachment for the specific device rather than simply a hole cut out of a very average looking cap.

Could perhaps help if button attachment instructions were included. But managed to sort it out.

Needed the cap at short notice for our holiday so messaged and was assured they are quick to make and don’t usually take as long as the website states, cap arrived 2 weeks later just in time for our holiday and is perfect!

Bryony always makes sure I’m pleased with what I have, explains the process And if I have a wrong order, goes out of her way to fix it.
