Very little client focus.
I started a legal claim against the MOD for noise induced hearing loss and tinnitus using this company after seeing a FaceBook ad in March 2022. I provided all information requested and Baker & Coleman accepted my case after review the information and hearing test. Three years later they stated they could not get my medical documents from the MOD, I applied to the MOD and received my medical records within 28 days. I supplied the documents to Baker & Coleman at my expense and hoped this claim would be processed in good time. Since then I have completed yet further paperwork and the MOD Matrix that is supposed to speed up the process, yet now a few short weeks away from the fourth anniversary of starting the claim, still no resolution.
I find this company to be sadly lacking in communication, despite requesting regular updates. Not proactive in anyway and it would seem in my onion, merely starting a claim and then sitting back and awaiting a final fee, whenever the claim is agreed. Very little client focus.
