Poor Customer Service
Yesterday i topped up 500 dimaonds in MLBB and i completed the payment but it didn't get delivered to my account even though my ID was put correctly and regarding that issue i messaged them in whatsapp and messenger. First of all, they lack knowledge to handle customer service. They rarely reply and that too with short message which isn't helpfull at all and secondly, i said "My payment has already gone through but my stuff hasn't delivered in the account" they replied back "Its not possible" what do you guys mean by its not possible? No explanation just said not possible and hasn't replied back to me yet. All that for just rs 1k. Yeah, i might sound petty for just writing this review for 1k but money is money. Hope you enjoy my 1k for your luch.

This guys are scammers. I did pay for a year youtube premium subscription and after 3 months my subscription ended. I did message them giving all the payment details and the only reply I’m getting is “PLEASE WAIT”. How long should I wait it’s been a month already. Guys if you can’t fix it just refund my money. Extremely poor service, I wouldn’t give you guys 1 star. I don’t recommend this site.
