I’m a Balance of Nature employee, but I’m writing this because I’m a genuine fan of the products. Just to be clear, this is my personal take and isn't an official company response. Honestly, I use these supplements because I’m terrible at eating enough variety of produce on my own. I love that I’m getting the ingredients of different fruits, vegetables, spices, and fibers every day without having to buy out the whole grocery store. It’s been a simple way for me to stay consistent with my health goals, and I appreciate the focus on whole food ingredients. Every day I hear stories from our customers on what Balance of Nature means to them, and that’s why I continue working here, because I believe in the mission of the company!

I have been using the product for over a year now and it has been amazing. I feel healthier, have more energy, and my stomach issues that I have had for over 8 years have improved to the point that it no longer bugs me.

I was introduced to Balance of Nature almost 6 years ago, and I will never go back! I try to be conscientious about what I put in my body, and BON's Fruits & Veggies as well as the Fiber & Spice supplements fit seamlessly into my daily routine. It makes me feel good to know that I am taking responsibility for my own well-being. I've also tried their Freeze-Dried Fruit Snacks, and they are SO mouthwatering! They're convenient, healthy, and absolutely delicious. I love Balance of Nature! 💚

Balance of nature is a good company full of good people. I have been taking the products for a few months and have appreciated the ability to get more fruits and veggies in my diet.

I've worked at Balance of Nature for 2 years now and let me tell you a few reasons why I've stayed here! The people I work with are so kind and supportive, they have so many events for their employees and their families throughout the year. Also I have never worked for a place that cares about my family as much as they do, they know that my first responsibility is to be a mom and they support me when things come up. Overall I have had a great experience here.

I have celiac disease and I can tell you that the fiber & spice has been life changing. There are times where I get cross contaminated and the fiber & spice helps my system go back to normal faster than usual.

I have been using Balance of Nature products for almost 6 years now. I have had horrible allergies every spring since I was young. They were painful and the worst time of the year for me. I started taking Balance of Nature and I noticed that my allergies were almost non-existent. April and May stopped being such a daunting time to a time where I could enjoy sitting outside. I have turly enjoyed taking these products!

I have been taking Balance of Nature’s Whole Health System for over a year now. I didn’t notice a big difference at first, but as a working mom, I figured some extra nutrients could only be a good thing. Now, I can tell the difference when I miss a day! I really feel like the Fruits and Veggies help improve my overall energy and mental clarity and the Fiber & Spice helps reset my system and reduce bloating. The new Guiltless Snacks are also so yummy and a great pick-me-up for me and my kiddo that I feel good about. I’m excited to see what else Balance of Nature will come out with!

The Balance of Nature products have been an amazing product for my whole family and me! My husband and I truly do not eat a wide enough variety of fruits and vegetables, even though I know they are good for me. These supplements help fill in all those gaps and are my secret weapon as a mom with picky kids. You can sneak fruits and vegetables into any dish! Also, we recently started ordering the freeze-dried fruit, and they are sooooo good! Mango is my favorite 😍

I had started a subscription with the recent 1yr discount. Received my first order, the Fiber and Spice was completely intolerable. I couldn't force it down if I tried. I noticed a swap option, called to see if I could do that and keep discount. It was not told to me only first order os eligible for return, but if I took fiber off I would have to pay full price for the two bottles. I had thought I cancelled subscription because paying full price wasnt affordable. I found out thru the Shop app that my shipment would be shipping soon. I called bal nat and they apparently my sub wasnt cancelled, I swear I did, but guess not. Card hadn't been charged yet but then the guy said it was in process of getting ready to ship and could not cancel. If it hadnt shipped and I hadn't been charged yet, i feel I could of cancelled, a quick phone call on their part could of fixed the issue. So now Ive been charged. Just not happy about process. Googled and there are numerous complaints made to BBB about different issues in return process

Being a diabetic I never eat fruit because of all the sugar content in fruit and I realized that Balance if Nature is the same. I tried it and my blood sugar numbers spiked like crazy.....fruits and veggies are good for you as long as your not diabetic. Balance of Nature not good!

I wish I could rate them 0 stars. I purchased from direct from balance of nature with a subscription. Decided I did not want to continue the service and cancelled. After cancelling I still received the order and they would not allow a return. Furthermore, I tried listing it on eBay to recoup a least a little of my money back. They filed a counterfeit claim against me saying the items were fake that I purchased from them and proof of purchase was not enough. Stay far away from this company.

The new strawberry snacks are delicious. I like it since there is no sugar after taste. It is worth trying.

A friend bought a month's supply of Balance of Nature for $89, and took the recommended daily dose of 6 capsules (3 fruit, 3 veggies) for two weeks. He told me that he felt no benefit and figured Balance of Nature was a scam. He gave me the remaining 2-week supply and said, "You try it". I took the 6-capsule daily dose until they were gone and also didn't notice any positive effect, but I figured that maybe you had to take it for a longer period before you felt better. Before I placed an $89 order, I did the math and came up with shocking results.

I checked the Balance of Nature website, did a few Google searches and found that the recommended daily serving of six capsules weighs between 2.4 and 4 grams - I used 3 grams for my calculations. They claim that each capsule contains the powder resulting from the extraction of the 90% water that is in the fresh produce. Here's the math I did...

There are 28grams in one ounce, so a 3-gram daily dosage is about one tenth of an ounce. In order to produce that tenth of an ounce of powder, they would have had to extract the 90% of water from about 1.11 ounces of fresh produce. (1.11×90%= 1 oz).

What?? That means the daily recommended dosage of Balance of Nature only gives you the equivalent of an ounce of fresh fruit and vegetables! An apple weighs about 8 ounces. So a WEEK'S worth of Balance of Nature capsules contains the same amount of powder as a single dehydrated apple! How could that tiny amount of fruits and vegetables help anyone's health? And for $89 a month? Needless to say, I decided not to waste my money on Balance of Nature.

I’ve been taking Balance of Nature Fruits & Veggies along with Fiber & Spice, and I honestly feel really good. My digestion feels smoother, my energy is better, and I just feel more balanced overall. It’s an easy way to get in fruits, veggies, and fiber without overthinking it. Simple, convenient, and it just makes me feel better day to day.

I cancelled my subscription but they sent me another order. I sent it back but they refused to give me my subscription back. They were very rude and I would never recommend them

Why would you believe anything this company says. Look at reviews before you subscribe. This comes off as a very disrespectful and dishonest company. We need to stop supporting this type business. Hopefully someday we can get back to people with some type of integrity and honesty
