Amazing customer service
I purchased a Cuban link set for my fiance. He absolutely loved it but was experiencing issues with the clasp on his bracelet. I contacted Balanzi to express our concern & asked what could be done with respect to fixing the clasp. I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul from Balanzi & he took care of the situation, with no issues of the back & forth people usually experience when contacting a company in regards to their product. Balanzi stands behind their products & this is very much appreciated!! I have since purchased a few other items from Balanzi & cannot wait to give them to my fiance, I’m sure he will love them as he loves his Cuban link set!! I had to return a purchase, the replacement was quick.
My purchase was not to my liking.
I emailed support and stated my case.
The response was perfect and the exchange was started.
I followed directions, chose replacements and the exchange was made.
My issue is one of the chains arrived in an already opened bag and looked dull compared to the first chain and the other chain in an unopened bag.
I feel like one of my chains had been returned and perhaps not in a ‘new’ condition.

Customer service lived up to the hype!
I recently purchased the 4mm 22in Cuban link chain. Unfortunately the chain happened to be a bit short for my liking. I contacted Balanzi’s customers service to inquire about the steps to take to exchange the product. I rarely leave reviews for anything but for this one, I feel like I need to. Balanzi’s customer service is amazing! They were quick to respond and were very attentive. They went above and beyond and made the exchange/return so easy for me. I also have very sensitive skin and their chains did not give me a reaction at all! I will continue to purchase more chains from Balanzi, and their customer service is a bonus!

The pieces i bought were all very well packaged and came in a nice bag. After wearing them i was pleasantly surprised at the quality. They wore well, no discoloration, and were very durable.
