Mr.Rishi was so supportive and made everything easy for me.

I was given a payoff quote and after our insurance company paid off the FULL amount owed, they still charged me a monthly charge. Then they wouldn't answer their phones, or respond to me. I had to call the manager Venecia who was aggressively rude, she explained that if she runs the amortization for our account, it will show that they took a loss and she will charge me MORE without my authorization... this is the most unethical financing company I have worked with. I also had to ask the manager to lower her voice multiple times.. BUYER BEWARE.

They are working to change their willingness to work with you on issues. After 3 years, and MULTIPLE emails on how unhappy I was with the last lease, they finally let me payoff my lease. My last lease cost me WAY more than it should, but they did work with me on getting a decent payoff.
