Had our windows and two doors replaced in March. A good experience from the start. The salesman came to house very knowledgeable explaining options etc, no hard selling. Once order finalised we were kept advised of procedure dates, actions needed to be taken by us.
The fitters were excellent over the 4days of work. Excellent quality of product, staff friendly and helpful and always tidied up after themselves would have no hesitation on using Balhousie windows again.

Great product (patio doors x 2 sets), great staff and a great pice.

The two young men that came to install our kitchen windows and doors were friendly, efficient and worked extra hard to make sure the work was completed in a day, giving us access to the kitchen as soon as possible. This didn't mean that they rushed the finishing off and cleaning up, everything was left clean and tidy. Great job. Would absolutely recommend Balhousie Glazing.

Dealing with Balhousie Glazing has been a pleasure from start to finish. All the staff have been lovely to deal with, the quality of the windows is really good as well as being reasonably priced, and the installation was done quickly and to a high standard, with Peter and Paul working long days in cold, dreich weather to get my new windows installed within two days. I'm delighted with the windows; they've transformed the house both thermally and visually, and my neighbours have been very complimentary.

Efficient service

Because this company is employee owned, it was obvious from the outset that each individual had a vested interest in providing a good standard of personal service. Every member was friendly and helpful and all communication was efficient and welcoming.
The quality of the work carried out has been excellent with the installation process being completed quickly with no delay - appreciated in view of the inclement weather and lower temperatures. The 2 installers worked well together, were pleasant, worked steadily and both cleaned and tidied on completion of the job.
The quality of the product is very good and we are very pleased with how it has blended in with the house and windows.
We are happy indeed to recommend this company, have been and will continue to passing its details on to others who are considering door and/or window replacement.

Got secondary glazing installed on 5 windows. Done with them. The whole process was done in a single day and the fitters did a great job. The new windows look great, block a lot of noise from the street and keep those chilly draughts away. I'm very happy with the results.

Balhousie did a fantastic job replacing uPVC windows in our property. The new windows themselves are very high quality (far superior to competitors windows we had fitted in another property) and workmanship was excellent. Communication with the entire team from survey to install was good, and 10 year guarantee received. Highly recommend.

Excellent product and price but what maid the experience better was the installation team of two who were excellent helpful, skilled and very tidy.
