I cancelled my tickets on February 26, 2026 — more than 48 hours before departure, as required. Bali Ferries confirmed the cancellation and said the refund would take 10–20 business days. It has now been over a month, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no refund. After my last email, they stopped responding completely.
They acknowledged the cancellation, so there is no dispute about whether the service was provided — they simply have not returned my money. I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you want reliable service and actual refunds when cancellations happen.
