Booking #IBQUXO

I cancelled my tickets on February 26, 2026 — more than 48 hours before departure, as required. Bali Ferries confirmed the cancellation and said the refund would take 10–20 business days. It has now been over a month, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no refund. After my last email, they stopped responding completely.

They acknowledged the cancellation, so there is no dispute about whether the service was provided — they simply have not returned my money. I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you want reliable service and actual refunds when cancellations happen.

We cancelled our ferries (for June) on the 23.4.25. We were advised we would receive a refund minus a $10 admin fee within 5 to 10 days.
It is now the 13.5.25 and we are still awaiting our refund and communication has been very poor.

I purchased a return fair for 29/11/23 from Padang Bai to Gili T on 16/11/23 thereafter I cancelled and purchased another return ticket on 20/11/23 for the same dates and place which is well within their cancellation policy of cancellation required before 48 hours of travel. After many many many emails I finally got the refund on 2/08 but was refunded only 50% of the amount. I have emailed them several times after that but no reply. Worst on the day of travel I had to wait 6 hours because they cancelled the ferry and had to arrange another one. Frustrating.

The website advertises that you can cancel your booking for free within 48 hrs and only later or buried in the booking conditions is stated that you have to pay a 10$ fee for that.
Also the prices for pickup services are higher than stated on the website itself.

Cancelled sejlads ingen penge retur
Vi var 3 personer der den på bookingnummer AZPVY6 havde bestilt sejlads fra Sanur til Gilli Air retur.
Den 8. juli tager vi en tidlig taxi for at komme til Sanur og sejle kl. 9.00 og da vi kommer dertil er sejladsen aflyst, og havde også været det den 7. juli. Vi fik ingen besked om dette, og senere den 8. juli gik vi ind på deres hjemmeside og under Refund skrev at vi ville have pengene retur. Vi har stadig ikke hørt noget fra dem, så benyt ikke selskabet.
