I have complained to Baller TV at least three times about the technicians cutting the streaming feed off when the time delay has not had a chance to catch up. Nothing changes. They do not care or they are all morons.

I wish I had read these reviews before paying for a subscription. I got the subscription so I could watch my son's basketball games and so my extended family could watch them as well. Unfortunately, most games are not clear or only partially recorded. In the three games I've watched this weekend, all three have been blurry. The first two were fixed after about 10 minutes from when I submitted the issue, but the current game I'm watching still isn't fixed and the ticket was submitted by me 40 minutes ago AND I chatted with a customer support agent who said they rely on the local/onsite technicians to fix the issues. They offered me a free game download, which was comical because I haven't seen video quality worth downloading as of yet. Save your money and ask another parent to record the game for you.

I signed up today to watch my Grandson's AAU tournament in Chicago. The first game did not steam at all and we were only able to watch about 7 minutes of the second game. This steaming service is a complete disappointment. Save your money.

I ordered this service to watch my grandson play. The picture quality was horrible with large prompts blocking the view. I reported it several times, requested a refund and the customer service people acknowledged the problem was on their end.
After several more request for a refund after providing all the documentation they need I have been ghosted with no resolution. This is a terrible service and I suggest no one ever orders it.

Ballertv does not have their act together on club volleyball and understanding the USAV club/team codes or AAU club/team ID are the master source to select for video. The routinely mix up teams with similar names and from different states even. For example, there are clubs in both California and Oklahoma named Rise, and my daughter’s video show up on wrong club and team. I have pointed this out and gave them all the information to straighten out their data sources and they sti have it wrong two years in a row. It’s ridiculous.

I signed up for a Gold Package for my two athlete children -- one plays soccer the other volleyball. The first tournament (Mayor's Cup) in Las Vegas. 50% of the games were only partially recorded. Just awful video to boot. The explanation was that they rely on locals to make sure the video is working, and it was windy that week. I was there, and there was a breeze but nothing that wouldn't push a camera around. The second was the national club volleyball championship. This one was inside so no problem there, but I was barred access through a paywall, despite paying $240 for an all access pass. This organization has a lot of problems and I would never sign up for them, unless you are absolutely desperate.

Wanted to watch our granddaughter's volleyball tournament, Baller was the only choice. We signed up for a 3 month subscription. Only to find out after the fact we could only view 3 games,( tournament was 4 games). So ok. When we finally got to the game we could see the other team's side of the court. Our team, the one we wanted to see was 85% blocked by the referee. For that amount of money I was so VERY DISAPPOINTED! And when we called all we got was the standard AI bull shit. I would call Baller TV the biggest rip off EVER!

IF I COULD RATE A ZERO, I WOULD. I APPARENTLY FORGOT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, 6 DAYS LATER, I SAW I WAS CHARGED 239.00 TO MY CREDIT CARD. I HAVE NOT USED THE SUBSCRIPTION AT ALL, AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I WOULD 1,000 PERCENT NEVER GET A SUBSCRIPTION WITH THEM. THERE IS NO WAY TO ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE IN BILLING EITHER. I OFFERED TO PAY FOR 1 MONTH SINCE I FORGOT TO CANCEL, EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T GET THE EMAIL SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO BILL ME AGAIN. THEY REFUSED. I WOULD JUST HAVE YOUR TEAM LIVE STREAM THE GAMES FOR YOU, RATHER THAN GOING THROUGH BALLERTV. IT IS A JOKE!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. I AM 6 DAYS INTO THIS SUBSCRIPTION AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

FALSE ADVERTISING Their advertisements leading up to a College showcase tournament in Vegas indicated that all the soccer games would be filmed. I signed up for the plan to download 5 games from 1 tournament a month. There are 3 videos (2 of the same game with one being 20 minutes short). Only support you get is the live chat that doesn't answer your questions just tells you to wait 1-2 weeks for their team to process the films. Can't even confirm that the 2 missing games were filmed. Won't give phone number for support. Only tells you for EVERY ISSUE to email support.

BallerTV's refund policy is a problem. I hadn't used the app in months and then it auto-renewed for $113. I contacted them the next day and they didn't grant a refund. The best they could do is say we hope you enjoy the next 364 days of BallerTV and we have cancelled any future payments.
Ugh, 364 days of content I don't want.

Last 3 volleyball tournaments I have wanted to watch matches I paid for have been horrible. No live video, matches cut off before match ends, blurry video, no sound. I chat with Baller and get the same response, working on it, be patient. Chats drop. Unacceptable horrible streaming service. Might be time to report to BBB and FTC for deceptive practices. So disappointing.

I SIGNED UP FOR BALLER TVE TO WATCH A YOUTH SOCCER GAME WHICH I COULDN’T FIND. I WAS CHARGED $95.00. I IMMEDIATLY CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT BUT WAS STILL BILLED THE TOTAL ANNUAL FEE. I CAN SEE CHARGING A MONTHLY AMOUNT, BUT THE ANNUAL FEE IS RIDICULOUS. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

This site does not have its stuff together. They cannot broadcast their games on time. Until then you cannot watch your team play. Clicking watch live brings you to a splash page or standings or games already played.

So you sit there and constantly clicking on the play live buttons every couple of minutes until they finally decide to join the game already in progress.

The navigation on this site is horrendous.

Today, they were 45 minutes late in joining the first game of a volleyball game. The game was almost over by then. We watched a few points scored until one team stated celebrating, We had to assume they won.

There was NO score, so we could not tell who was playing or what the score was. In volleyball, that's a big thing. Watching a game with the score 24-15 is a lot less exciting than one with a 25-25 tie

It was like this for all three games, today.

Baller blamed a third party who was to provide the score. I didn't hire the third party; they did. So it is their failure no matter how much finger pointing they do.

I'll be asking for my $75 back. Of the 9 games We should have watched this weekend. We got to see about 4 and a half joining most of them already in progress.

$48 dollars to watch your kids play sports.
Baller TV is a joke. These are KIDS. Someone always has to think about making a profit off anything and everything. Its a damn shame.

If I could rate this a 0 stars I would. Lousy streaming service and worse customer service. I wish I had never signed up for this scamming company

I have had two kids play club volleyball and baller is the absolute worst. I’d say at least 50% of the games are unwatchable. Which is not a lot of coverage given the cost. A prime example the last tournament the equipment wasn’t even set up. Just piled in the corner. Customer service is useless, lies or misleads and says they’ll look into and nothing happens. And the will not refund you when their equipment or feed fails. Like why am I paying when you haven’t even set up the equipment. Let alone when an entire game is just a buffering screen. Terrible avoid if you can or make your peace with wasting a lot of money for little (useless) service.

Impossible to get out if to see the game you already paid for. They also say they will send you a notification when it’s time for your team to play. nope doesn’t happen. Beware. It’s awful

GOD AWFUL!!! Do not waste your money. You’ll spend half the game waiting for them to turn the camera on and then the rest of the game watching the sideline. I can’t even believe this is a thing!!! And anyone who uses them is just as bad as- wanna have a tournament? Spend the damn money and get actual livestreams. Not this shit.

Baller TV. You need to change your customer service. You want to always win. When you do not provide service or good service, you cannot fight customers or force them to accept a credit. If I'm not happy with a business or the experience, why would I want credit from you. If customers see that you are fair, you would increase your business. Thank about that.
