I used this company for the first time as I wanted to send a get well soon balloon. I came across this website and read the views and went ahead with the purchase. Which I'm so glad I did. Brilliant service, brilliant customer service and brilliant delivery time. I ordered on Thursday night and recipient received Saturday morning. Will definitely be using again.

This is a fab company to get balloons, i bought helium balloons for my twins birthday they were fantastic,my kids loved them.They loved the personalised one of their pik and also even after a week after there birthday ,the balloons were still going strong they were still floating exellent!!!!...I recommend this company .

Such a fab site, should advertise more on the ‘adult’ balloons, hilarious selection!! Great and easy service, a good range of delivery options and everything arrived spot on time, and the balloons have really lasted.
will be using again soon for some more inappropriate gifts

Fantastic company with such a great range of balloons and ideas. I ordered a balloon delivery at very short notice due to my son testing positive for covid at uni few days before his 21st, the delivery of a lovely balloon on the actual day of his birthday helped cheer him up. Couldn't fault the service from start to finish and such an easy to use site

My experience was very good, ordered a tropical island balloon for my daughter’s birthday, she might be grown up but was thrilled with it.
Can’t fault Balloons Delivered easy to order, so much choice, delivered on the right day, packed well with lots of labels, fragile, do not use sharp items to open etc

Highly recommended. Great customer service. And good quality balloons which both my children loved. I had ordered the wrong number baloon thinking I would change it at a later part of the order process. I emailed customer service as soon as I realised and they sated they didn't have the baloon I ordered in that number but sent me a list of balloons they did. I replied and I had a quick delivery date they didn't even have time to respond but to my surprise when it was opened a on my sons birthday much to my relief a number 4 floated up.

I ordered a balloon for my grand daughter's birthday. It arrived when stated. She absolutely loved it. Then when she tipped the box she was so surprised with the extra balloons and sweets. I always send her a balloon on her birthday and this as been the best. Will certainly use them again. The extra touch makes it more personal and extra special.
