Nigdy nie kupuj u BALLY! NEGATIVE !!!!

Kupiłam botki od Bally. Otrzymałam je w środe, 18.11. 2025 , a w czwartek rano odesłałam. 24.11.2025 byly juz jak okazało się we Francji. Napisałam maila z prośbą o informacje i dowiedziałam się, ze sa we Francji.A dalej nie wiem nic, żadnej informacji. Wydałam 357,00 euro!!nie wiem co robić. Délai et qualité du service client et retour médiocre

Produits de bonne qualité mais service de retour, service client médiocre.
Aucune possibilité de les contacter par téléphone, uniquement par mail.
Le service de retour est très lent.
Jai acheté pendant de nombreuses années auprès de bally.ch
Je ne serais plus client chez eux

Salve, in data 10/05/2025 ho spedito il reso e oggi 19/06/2025 non ho ricevuto ancora il rimborso del BLYIT_002281 .
Provo a contattare assistenza Bally da 10 giorni ma non risponde nessuno. Servizio pessimo.

Mi sono stati consegnati due su tre prodotti, in data 23/05/2025 ho ricevuto una mail con la quale mi informate della spedizione parziale dell'ordine. Da allora il buio assoluto.

Bally sandals broke within half an hour of first wear. Metal parts came out and damage my feet.

Rückerstattungen funktionieren nicht

Ich habe Taschen bestellt, die mir leider nicht nicht gefallen haben. Der Rückendeprozess ist schon sehr kompliziert. Dann kommt das Geld nicht und man wird vertröstet. Ich habe jetzt einfach einen Chargeback über die Kreditkarte gemacht. Nie wieder!

I purchased a bracelet online on…

I purchased a bracelet online on December 14, 2023, and paid for expedited shipping. The bracelet not only did not arrive before Christmas, but it did not arrive after that. I had such a hard time with customer service but they finally came through in a big way and i am grateful and the bracelet is beautiful.

Ceintures de très mauvaise qualité

Ma femme m'a offert une ceinture chez eux aux Galeries Lafayettes de Paris d'une valeur de 300€. Après l'avoir porté deux fois le cuir commence déjà à s'effriter. Ma femme en revient et leur réponse est qu'elle n'est pas à ma taille, alors qu'on a fait l'essayage avec le vendeur et que c'est lui qui a coupé la ceinture. Ils ne veulent donc pas nous rembourser. J'ai des ceintures LONGCHAMPS qui coutent trois fois moins cher et je n'ai jamais eu le moindre problème. A éviter absolument!

Ho acquistato in data 22.11.2022 un paio di scarpe dal sito bally.ch e con grande sorpresa ho notato dall'app della mia Banca un doppio addebito di FR 336 x 2,
alle mi rimostranze nessuno ha risolto il problema rimbalzandomi da un numero all'altro, a tutt'oggi 02.01.2023 non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso, trovo tutto questo incredibile.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE! ABYSMAL SVCE

I have bought from Bally over the years, but always in store, great quality product. This time though I ordered a pair of Super Smash sneakers, and spare inner soles online, through Bally website. BIG BIG MISTAKE! Firstly, the shoes sent were defective, discoloured left shoe, awful seams, glue showing through, worse than any China-made rubbish you find at country markets in Italy or the like. I was shocked to be honest, it is not just display model that may got discoloured in the sun type defective, it is just awful, I wish I could attach the photos. I read the returns info, it just says if its too big, too small, you changed your mind, pls call. I call, Italian call centre staff first makes me feel like I am a liar, to which I indignantly reply that I am happy to send photos. Regardless of that, I say, please send me the returns info (since their paper work provides none of that, no return labels, nothing!). She refuses, demands that I send the photos first, I say, it is against the law, I have a right under both EU laws for the UK based shoes, and Swiss law for the inner soles, to return them for whatever reason so long as they are intact, and within 14 or 30 days respectively, and my call was within 5min of courier delivery. I get nothing by way of returns info, I send off photos and covering email. Nothing for number of days, I follow up, then and only then do I get an email that completely ignores my complaint about the customer service I received, with no apology about supplying me defective goods, zero, just telling me that I will get a link from TNT with returns info. I ask for their Complaints department, they tell me they don't have one, I have to email customer service, this time not clientservicesuk, but clientservicesch, so you complain about client services to client services?! Great, get the wolf to guard the hens why don't you. I get nothing for day and a half, I waste time and money calling and chasing, I get the same call centre chic in Italy, who admits the quality is rubbish from the photos and that she has forwarded it to Bally HQ. However, again, no labels are sent, I have to wait for up to 4 days to get something from TNT, labels that I have to then also go to trouble printing, and have no control over date or time of collection. I do not have a printer I explain, then the only thing she could think of is I have drag the large boxes to one of London Bally stores. To say that this is the WORST returns policy I have encountered from any major brand, quality and defective sneakers aside, is to say nothing at all. After yet another lengthy call, we agree that I will drag the boxes on public transport and go to Bally Bond St store. Fine, but what do you think happens next after yet another 1.5 days, i get spammed by TNT about confirmed collections, again no choice of date or time! I call them to cancel since I agreed with Bally call centre to take goods in, in person, not to mention tell TNT if they are indeed coming, (a) I won't be home, and (b) please bring labels as Bally failed to supply me any. Cherry on top - TNT cannot find the confirmed shipment number or shipment reference on their system to cancel it!!! They say, if our guy does show up, just tell them we could not cancel. Talk about an unacceptable debacle. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I buying anything from Bally other than in store. Shame on you, and shame on Swiss precision and quality, what a disaster, Bally! You would think they have shifted their manufacturing and customer service to China or worse!

PS there is continuation to this sorry saga! I took it into Bond Street flagship store, their system is apparently down, they cannot refund me the moneys. They took the boxes though, and all they could offer me is business card of one of the staff, whilst they will try to resolve it. It took another few weeks for the issue to be resolved, and another 2 weeks for the money to hit my account. APPALLING, BALLY!

Passer une commande le dimanche a 00h

Passer une commande le dimanche a 00h, je l'ai reçu mercredi matin a 9h et un débit du solde 48h après réception( aujourd'hui matin). Service vraiment exceptionnel et rapide et qualité du produit et du travail digne d'une telle grande maison qui fait honneur à notre pays. Je recommande fortement cette marque qui est comparable à toutes les autres marques de luxe que nous connaissons, de plus, des soldes réguliers pour donner la chance à chacun de se faire plaisir.
